A fantastic experience, I picked up a Kenwood out of here and they installed it in my 2010 Toyota... About 3 weeks later I had an issue but I was able to come back and they fixed it for free and even gave me an upgrade. Superior customer service. I would not go to any other shop.

Very professional and knowledgeable the best if not that greatest experience with the service and installation was with no problem gimmick or slack my purchase was really worth it I got one 12c kicker ported box with a 600 watt infinity amp and I can’t believe the slap and bass it possesses the experience I have driving is spectacular I couldn’t stop cruising even went to watch the sunset at the beach, you can’t go wrong with Hendersons I went to the Costa Mesa location and I will be going back for all my car audio and other accessories they sell. The installation was clean you can’t even notice the car was worked on I highly recommend going and they have NORMS RESTAURANT AND SALVATION ARMY ACROSS THE STREET TO TAKE THE LADY ITS ALWAYS SUNNY IN COSTA MESA I HOPE NOTHING BUT THE BEST FOR HENDERSONS BOOM BOOM CLAP BASS PARTY ON GARTH

They told me it would take 4 days to do the install. They were finished in less than one day. I should have known something was up when Joe exclaimed he could hear the subwoofer from his office! The stereo sounded so horrible I could not even recognize most of the songs. To add insult to injury he completely ripped me on the labor cost. I thought I was getting a top notch stereo. I got $1,200 in parts and a $6,500 bill!
