Star Motor Werks is THE BEST and the ONLY place to bring your Merc, specially if it is an AMG. They are specialists and professionals; very thorough, efficient, SUPER FRIENDLY, and most of all, honest. I brought in my CLK63 AMG Black Series for its annual service, and am more than pleased and impressed with the level of attention to detail when it came to the inspection, the honest service recommendations, and the meticulous care they gave my car before, during and after the service has been performed. I gave my car to them in a very clean and freshly detailed state, and I picked it up in the same, if not cleaner condition! This has been my pet peeve whenever I leave my car at any place for service, and dread the new dirt or blemishes I may find when I pick it up. But Star Motor Werks passed with flying colors! Geoff, the manager, is a great guy, very meticulous and caring. He is super helpful, and will go out of his way to please and make your experience the most pleasant and comfortable as possible. I am a new customer, but I feel like I have known him for a very long time. Kudos to him and his great team!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Star Motor Werks. Brought in my 2020 c63s for some maintenance and ended up getting an exhaust done with them. Once the exhaust came in, they got my car in the next day and stayed 2.5 hours past close just to get it to me by the weekend. I’m ecstatic about the result and the service. Would recommend to my friends and family. Geoff the owner was great, is an AMG master tech, and personally helped to get my car ready for the weekend. 10 out of 10!

Stop all your searches for a place to have your AMG serviced. This is it. Geoff and team at Star Motor Werks live up to the hype. I brought my w212 E63s wagon here for engine mounts and the team went above and beyond to take care of my ride, also helping to address issues that would have been bigger headaches down the line including water pump, belt tensioner, transmission (including front dif!) service and more. The documentation and transparency in reviewing the work is second to none including videos and discussion of work. Geoff and Denise are also incredibly courteous in a time where its becoming harder to find even just simple customer service. Cannot recommend them and the shop enough.

I can easily say that I have found a shop that I will be bringing all of my Mercedes cars to as long as I own one (forever). I brought in my 2005 E55 for transmission problems after another shop had just simply told me I needed a new transmission without even doing anything past running some codes. After a friend of mine recommended this shop I brought my car here and was far from disappointed. They had a well catered game plan that they suggested we try, with a transmission swap being the absolute last resort. Thankfully they were able to fix it without even having to consider the transmission swap. Not only that but I truly appreciated how the owner & lead tech Geoffrey was giving me updates along every step of the way rather than just leaving me to wonder the state of my car. He is the true definition of “Leader rather than boss” and that was evident not only from his work but his team as well. I can genuinely say that he truly went above and beyond with his service ensuring that he had done absolutely everything in his power to make the car run up to its full potential. Not only that but he went as far as to get my car washed before returning it to me which was extremely appreciated and made me even more excited to pick it up. Above all else it didn’t break the bank. When I arrived to his shop I was kind of intimidated to see the caliber of cars they were working on and I was nervous on what this kind of work would run me. However when I received the invoice I was overwhelmed with joy & relief not only because my car was fixed but because at that moment I knew I had found a shop that I can count on for the rest of my Mercedes fanboy days.
