Had a nail in my rear tire late on a Friday and they were able to get me in and out in about 30mins with a quick patch. Excellent service, great team, for a great price (they didn't charge me a dime!). I had my tires installed at a Firestone Tire business down the road about a year ago but will be taking my business here from now on. Highly recommended!

Went in to have a tire looked at, and the team here was INCREDIBLY helpful with what turned out to be an odyssey. They were honest and up front that they could not patch a 6 year old tire. The real fun came when my wheel lock key was missing (likely the fault of a service team where I used to live in NorCal). William and Ronaldo worked to help me resolve this, even sending Ronaldo with me to the local dealership to get the locks removed. Truly appreciate the kind and honest care. Will be back.

This goes out to everyone in the area: I had a nail in my tire (rental car) and first had to look where I was going. I found Allen Tire based on the Google reviews. Went there and got an appointment on the same day (it was a Saturday and quite busy) When asked whether cash or card, the answer was: "it's free, just tip the guys". However, after realizing it was a sports car (more elaborate because of speeds, not because the car is expensive), it was no longer free - which is not a problem for me at all. Upon completion, the bill was torn up and simply said "just tip the guys" I, as a tourist, had worries and concerns about how it would turn out - you took away my fears!!! Guys, you're the best - I've never experienced anything like this in the world. Greetings from Germany (and not Russia, lol)

Tim the manager was amazing! I came in after hours and he was still open to helping me get two tires replaced ASAP. I would highly recommend Allen Tire company here in Costa Mesa/Newport. Everyone was so professional and the customer service was impeccable. It is hard to find the level of service out there so when you do u can’t say enough about it!!! Thank you so much!! My tire blew out and at the same time my side bumper popped out of the clips and was hanging off... I got a new tire and one of the employees (didn't get his name) went above and beyond and helped zip tie and pushed my bumper back in place.. It was very much appreciated

This is probably the best tire shop I've ever been to. 10/10 customer service, brought in my car to install new tires before (and even to patch a puncture) and they were very helpful. Jesse and Chris helped me out quickly and resolved my issue. Definitely would come back here

One hour wait if we scheduled an appointment and I show up on time is not acceptable. Especially if this happens multiple times. Don’t schedule the appointment if that’s when you send your team for lunch. Don’t overload your team with walk-ins if you have appointments lined up.

The manager is the best! Super sweet guy & all the technicians are super friendly and very helpful. This is the only tire place that I have been going to for over the last five years and will continue to come here. The prices on tires are very reasonable. The service is always exceptional and whenever I need a patch, they always help me out in such a great timely manner. I only go to Allen tires and have been to a few different ones over the past 13yrs of driving & this location has been my favorite for over 5 of those years!

I like your store location near my Newport Beach residence. Look up my long exclusive history with you store. However, I will no longer be doing business with Allen Tire any further for my personal, recreational or business vehicles. For the second time in in past few months, I had to replace tires instead of repair that were taken to your store for a simple nail puncture tire repair, that was not near the sidewalls. I asked to keep the tires, but they mysteriously were not available. I am a racing instructor, and an vehicle inspector and referee. I also restore classic and vintage vehicles for high-end clients. If the District Manager would like to call to discuss further, I would accept that conversation. Otherwise, do not contact me in anyway or issue marketing media to me. Very disappointed in you.

Jesse and Angel were amazing! The eyeballed the issue almost immediately and got me in and out in under 30 minutes. I even did a full inspection of the remaining three tires reset all the air pressure to spec and provided me for brand new tire caps. Service like this doesn’t exist anymore. If you wanna get it done the right way the first time please come here!

I made an appointment online for an oil change. They called back, confirmed, sent me an email confirming the appointment, and told me to come by at 5. I arrived, and they told me they were busy today, so come back tomorrow. I don't have that much time to go back and forth several times. Terrible service.
