I called to make an appointment to get my car serviced here. They said they put me down but when I came in they said I didn’t have an appointment. They also didn’t inform me of the initial exam cost when I called. It was an extremely unprofessional experience. When my boyfriend called they treated him completely different.

Wow 12/10!! I am minimum an hour away from home and I stopped by this place to help me fill my tires. My Benz tires always lose air, they were super helpful and helped me right away. Customer service is perfect. They also have a cute little dog! I played with the dog while I was waiting:) Great place!

5 star service! I highly recommend Bimmer and Benz specialists! They did a fantastic job repairing my X5 after I was in a fender bender and made it look new again. Their customer service is top notch! I was kept notified through the whole process with texts letting me know the status of the repairs. They even provided a rental for me to make the experience even more convenient. My vehicle was ready exactly when they told me it would be from the beginning and even cleaned it inside and out. The owner Rocky was great to work with throughout the process. They offer honest quality service, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Wife smelled “Smokey smell”… so, being new to the area, searched for a BMW shop. Bimmer & Benz came as they’re very close, but it was the > 200 reviews (4.7 out of 5) that caught my eye. Called and spoke with Rocky, who correctly diagnosed the smell over the phone. Then, took the car over the next day. Turns out there was also some serious deferred maintenance (my bad), so after recovering from the overall estimate, gave approval to proceed. They had the car all week but even took care of a headlight problem that’s vexed us for a couple of years. Bottom line, Bimmer & Benz rocks. OK, this is a 2nd review (late July / early August 2025): Received an e-mail (or was it a TXT?) a week or so ago, about a special service discount. I reached out to see if they could do a needed oil change and check my brakes (I'd been getting a wobble of late) for my 2007 Range Rover. Them being Bimmer & Benz, I wasn't sure if they could/would do my car, but Rocky said no problem. So, I made an appointment and they did the oil change while I waited (using my preferred 5/30w Castrol oil). And as expected, yes, I needed new brakes. He also commented on my occluded head lamps, and said he had a process that would totally clear them up if I was interested. To be honest, I was skeptical as previous attempts (at misc. detail shops) hadn't helped at all. Anyway, Rocky updated my oil change estimate for a brake job, a long over-due brake fluid flush, and the head lamp service. The #s weren't cheap, but well in line with my expectations, so I said let's do it. Since it was all on one "estimate", he said I didn't need to pay for the oil change until everything else was done. I said, thanks, but since I was going to do it regardless, why don't I just pay for the whole thing that day. It was the end of the month, and he appreciated my offer, so he offered to comp me the head lamp service!! Who does that these days?!?! I was stoked; he was stoked; we were all stoked 😇 Anyway flash forward a few days to brake job day. My wife was down w/ a bad cold, so Rocky offered to pick up my Rover at my house (we are relatively close to his shop), did all the work, and brought it back the same day after closing!! Engine hums (for the oil change, they had added some German additive), the brakes are amazing (I'm having to adjust to a much softer touch because they grab so well now), but the real icing on the cake is that the lamps look like new. Suffice it to say, Rocky and the Bimmer & Benz crew, totally rock!! Time for a 3rd review. Was driving my wife and mother in-law to the Long Beach Airport last Tuesday-in the middle of the recent storm; and noticed one of my windshield wiper blades was broken. Called Rocky from the car and asked if he could get me a new set. He said sure and that he’d call me when they came in. He called after onky an hour or so and they were in and to by whenever. Drove over after lunch and Jay came out and installed the new blades. I didn’t have to get out my car 😎 Not only that, but Rocky said he’d send me a TXT with a link to pay the invoice. These guys Rock!! (no pun intended 😇). Very odd - my latest review isn’t showing?!?! Anyway - it’s been a busy month. My 2007 Range Rover ended up needing all new hoses and front trailing arm bushings. Bimmer & Benz to the rescue; thanks Rick & Jerry. Then, about a week later, we found out my wife’s 528i’s windshield washer pumps were dead and, as it turned out, the nozzles were shot too. Again, Rocky & Jerry to the rescue. Note: for all the above, they first give a very detailed estimate so there no real surprises. Love these guys.
