James did a fantastic job with my 2020 Ford Explorer. We got a 12V battery alert so took the car in immediately. It took them days to figure out exactly what the problem was (fuse box), but in the interim, James took care of every recall issue. We have an intermittent tire pressure sensor warning, but James said the sensor itself is fine, but that it might be an electrical issue. I’ll have that addressed later as the warning wasn’t constant, but I appreciated that they didn’t simply replace a viable sensor to make more money. My experience overall was that they took the time to dig and find the issues and weren’t there to rip me off. I will return again to this dealership.★★★★★ 8 months ago
