Scratched car badly and then denied any wrongdoing. I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years. As a veteran myself I noticed this place had a note about being veteran owned, so I supported the business. Unfortunately, the qualities we learn in the military about honor and integrity don’t apply here. I took car in WITHOUT a large scratch on door. When I picked up car, there was a 7 inch vertical scratch on the door (see photo). No one from the shop admitted to it and instead played dumb like they didn’t know how it happened. Not a good experience. I tried to rub out with rubbing compound. It’s a deep scratch. I’ll find a new mechanic. (Update: it’s a year later. Midas has done absolutely nothing to help. They responded to my review just to make it look like they are willing to help but in reality they aren’t. I would steer clear of Midas and this shop if I were you.)

Midas is my new favorite car doctor! Jon has been a delight helping me take care of all my car repairs and concerns. When i can be here i was in need of a solid and honest mechanic to help diagnose my car trouble, this place has been honest, helpful, informative, transparent and given my husband and I caring and compassionate service. Im very grateful to have found them. They're one of the few good places out there that go above and beyond to make you happy! When go there be sure to thank then for their service to our country as this shop is ran by our courageous veterans. 😇🙌

I thought he was doing it while I was giving him my email address on the phone, so I called back when I didn't see anything in my emails, , but the person @ this location is telling me he is TOO BUSY to send it by email. Meanwhile I was there a few times in the past, and there is only one customer waiting. This person couldn't be more rude.

Overall a great experience. This place was recommended to me by a fellow military vet. I was helped by Ray, amazing customer service. For the amount of work I needed done I expect to be there for 4 hours, it was done in less than 2. It's a bit of a drive for me, but definitely worth it. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Please see this entire post. The people of Southern California have been FORCED to buy overpriced vehicles and overpriced maintenance because the leadership of California has failed abysmally to provide decent public transportation. Soon as I can I'm probably moving to New York or Chicago because of their great public transportation systems and I'll never own or drive a car again. I'm quite excited about that. With that said the people at this Midas did a good job. Their repairs are severely overpriced but of course that's not the fault of the people I dealt with at this Midas.

Ray and Jose went above and beyond! My son had visited this shop a few times before but never followed through with service—until now. Ray was always welcoming, patient, and incredibly informative. Most recently, my son's older vehicle had a broken fuel line. Ray gave us a fair, honest quote and had the car repaired the same day. I’m truly impressed by the level of knowledge, transparency, and customer care at this location. Being a chain, I was a little skeptical at first—but Ray and Jose completely changed my perception. Their professionalism and skill speak volumes. We’ll definitely be back with my daughter’s car next. Highly recommend this shop!

They said i needed a part that they could only get for 1,000 and charge me 700 for labor, i found the correct part for 120 in 5 minutes and installed myself in an hour and a half. After i refused the 1,700 repair that i couldn’t even afford on a 2003 truck, the manager (Beard and Glasses) was acting rude and offended like a little kid.
