Finally! An honest mechanic! These guys are AWESOME. Tom and Vicktor always go above and beyond my expectations. Vicktor always shows me the old parts he replaces and doesn’t charge me for simple light bulb changes...Fletcher Jones charges me $15. You have got to give these guys a shot if you own a Mercedes. Their at least 1/3 cheaper than Fletcher Jones, sometimes more. Viktor has all the same experience as Fletcher Jones mechanics and he also uses OEM parts. I have sent 3 friends to them...and their all completely satisfied. Quit wasting time anywhere else and go see them.

Great, professional shop/staff, a well run business. I trust these folks. I've taken 3 of my Mercedes to Tom/Pacific Coast. In each instance, they were candid about the repairs I needed, as well as those I didn't!!! Work was completed expeditiously, professionally, completely and to MY satisfaction each time. These guys simply DONT RIP YOU OFF!!! Used PCB for a PPI on a 2005 E55 AMG I purchased from out of state. Great responsiveness and detail as well as affordable. I was very happy with the car although I did catch a couple little things that didn't come up on the report. Tom was happy to refund me half of my inspection cost and was very easy to work with. Character of the shop is 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone.

There aren't enough good things to say about Pacific Coast Benz in Costa Mesa. If you seek better than excellent service, something exceeding superior service at a fair price, then Tom and crew at Pacific Coast Benz is the place for your MBZ service and repair. I have been bringing my Sprinter RV to them for several years and I recommend them without hesitation. As I travel the country I call Pacific Coast Benz whenever I encounter a problem on the road to seek advice. They have never let me down. There are Mercedes Benz dealers nearly everywhere I travel, but whenever I'm away I choose to return to Pacific Coast Benz.

The only reason why it’s 4 stars and not 5 stars is because I always asked if they were installing only OEM parts and they guaranteed me they were but I came to find out they were aftermarket parts and not original Mercedes Benz parts. Tom and his brother Victor are awesome and they have been nothing but helpful. I used to take my SUV to the Mercedes Benz dealership all the time but then I realized that this place is much better priced than the dealership mechanics.

They are fantastic! They serviced the transmission on my Sprinter, and facilitated drop off of my sprinter to Globe tires, as my tires were severely worn and dry rot. I'd like to thank Tom and his team at Pacific Coast Benz. For years I had been going to the dealerships for my car maintenance. And while I don't mind being upsold on other "work" at the dealerships for the upkeep of my vehicle, some suggestions were never needed until its intended time. Furthermore, while Pacific Coast Benz does recommend other work, they break it down in a way that prioritizes the necessities for future work. And finally, here is another important component--their level of professionalism and transparency is key, especially with their fees. They are by far 30-40% less than any dealer across the board. Tom, Viktor, and team--Thank you!
