I found myself in quite the predicament on Christmas Eve — running last-minute errands before my flight when I unexpectedly got a flat tire. Panic set in as I realized I had less than three hours until takeoff. I quickly called a few tire shops, and thankfully, Thomas at Pep Boys answered. From the moment he picked up the phone, I knew I was in good hands. He was friendly, informative, and genuinely eager to help. To my relief, they were able to repair my tire in under an hour! Their professionalism and quick turnaround made all the difference, allowing me to get back on the road and make my flight just in time.
