My Tesla Model X was needing to get new tires every 5,000 miles and after Tony installed the In2itive system, I’ve driven over 15,000 miles and still don’t need new tires. It’s a hefty mod but worth it on the long run. So glad I saw Tony’s videos and business to help me out.

Tony dropped what he was doing and spoke with me for 15 minutes to walk me through what was happening with the car, what options I had, what economically I should consider. He gave ballpark figures, offered to help above and beyond what I would ever expect from a dealership. This is the real deal.

This is a trusted business.i brought my Tesla here to have work done. Normally, I'd only go to Tesla but Tony's knowledge of my car was so extensive and it cost far less than what Tesla would charge. I even ordered a Yoke wheel that has been made to my specs which is coming in soon. If your Tesla is having issues, don't go anywhere else u til you see Tony first. He is honest and the man has good integrity

Tony (and team) is a Tesla Expert and knew exactly what my car needed. I went with the n2itive suspension upgrade for my 2021 MXP Fast turnaround and fair price.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 - These guys are the Tesla whisperers! Okay, LONG STORY SHORT, this is my second time at EV FixMe in Costa Mesa, and holy cow, it’s like stepping into some kind of VIP car repair party! First time I rolled up, dude literally JUMPED outta the office like he was waiting just for me—fixed my Tesla right on the spot, no hassle, no wallet-draining nonsense like the Tesla shop. I’m talking easy peasy, lemon squeezy vibes—done faster than I could finish my coffee! Now, second time around? SAME FREAKING EXPERIENCE! Barely got one foot outta my car, and there he is, popping out of the shop like a jack-in-the-box, chatting me up, cracking jokes, and taking care of business like he’s got a personal vendetta against car problems. Honestly, it’s like they’ve got some kinda superpower over here—quick, affordable, and just straight-up good people. If your Tesla’s acting up, forget the fancy schmancy shops and roll through EV Fix Me. These guys are the real deal, and I’m already hyped for my third visit (but hopefully my car behaves for a bit)! 😎

Tony is awesome and knows his stuff. I originally had seen him for an issue with the half shafts in my Tesla X making noise. I was just out of warranty by 100 miles, and he suggested speaking to Tesla about it. Of course, calling Tesla is worthless however the service center managed to get it done for a few hundred dollars taking into account that I had complained about the issue before. This was better than the almost $2K that Tesla originally quoted. -- Thank you Tony for the guidance... Fast forward to last week, when my Tires with only 18K wore out on the inside. I recalled that Tony stated that they were able to get rid of the aggressive Tesla Camber angle to fix this. So getting some details, they replace a few parts with aftermarket from N2itive. The price was a bit much, but after following up on a few reviews from others, I opted to do it. Turns out the price actually was more than fair. Its not that my car was broken, rather Tesla's design is flawed and Model X notoriously wears on the inside. Most people think they still have lots of rubber till the look at the tires from under the front or back of the car. My hope is that my tires last a bit longer, and if the car is not wrecking the tires, perhaps a bit better battery range. Again, I would not have known the about this option, if Tony was not so social to personally speak with me when I had my original problem. Tony took in my car mid-day on Friday and had it ready the next day. Again Thank you Tony. So much better service than Tesla...Seems to really care about his customers. While there, another customer brought in a brand new Plaid Model S and as getting carbon fiber brakes and some suspension enhancements. Yep, this is the place to go. Just a heads up, Tony's shop is what I would call a "user-friendly environment". He has little staff and focuses much more on his customers than on organizing his shop. It looks a bit random, but rest assured, they are solid. It may take a few minutes to answer the phone as they are short of qualified workers, but they do call back and they are on top of things.

Rj and Tony are probably the 2 coolest guys to talk to. Both understood my needs and time, went out there way to finish my vehicle as I was coming from San Diego. Had them install my n2itive camber arms and rs3 lowering kit. They knew I had to return home same day, even I was late to shop. Suppose be in 9 am I got there 11 am. They rush it and got it done before 5 pm. Got wheel alignment also. This is place if you need your electric vehicle fix and done professionally. Thanks guys for urgency, must appreciate.

I have had them do many fixes and repairs for my Model S. Very knowledgeable and reasonable prices. They helped me doing inspections on potential used cars I wanted to buy until I found the perfect one for me. They also did custom modifications like a motorized front trunk or upgraded suspension on my car. Honest people that made their passion into a business. Recently they fixed my car that got severe damage from an accident and it turned out great again.

After a decade of ownership and over 248,000 miles, I encountered my first out-of-pocket repair. All previous maintenance had been covered by warranty or class action lawsuit replacements. My vehicle received new top and bottom control arms for both the front and back, surpassing the stock quality. Additionally, I had the heater replaced along with addressing a few minor issues.Testa quoted the job at a staggering $7k, which astonished me. However, EVFixMe completed the work using superior parts for nearly half the price! For those in Southern California needing service on their out-of-warranty Tesla, EVFixMe is the place to go. Mention my name, Diego, to Tony, and you'll receive service with a smile.

I've been dealing with a frustrating rattling noise in my 2017 Tesla S, and despite reaching out to a couple of places, no one could identify the issue. I reluctantly scheduled a Tesla service appointment, knowing it might take multiple visits to get to the bottom of it. Thankfully, I reached out to an acquaintance who's very knowledgeable about Teslas, and he recommended EVFixme. I contacted them via text and received a prompt response. I met with them on Friday for an initial diagnosis and was charged for their time, but they assured me that this amount would be deducted if I decided to proceed with the repairs. When I returned for the fix today, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the issue was much smaller than I had originally thought. Peter, who assisted me, was incredibly understanding and chose not to charge me for his time and the repairs. This really alleviated my concerns and everything was sorted within an hour. Additionally, I asked them to check my rear axle, which I suspected had some wear given the car's age and usage. They addressed that promptly and efficiently, and the charges were very reasonable. Peter even took the time to show me the old part that was replaced, which I greatly appreciated. After a 50-minute drive home, I could definitely feel the difference in how the car was performing. It's worth mentioning that I had overlooked the service charge I paid on Friday, but Peter remembered and kindly removed that fee on his own accord. During my visit, I noticed some other customers communicating via text and trying to take advantage of the services, which made me understand the necessity for them to charge a fee to check issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Tesla owners to consider visiting EVFixme occasionally for check-ups. Their honesty and prompt service truly stood out to me, and I could see that I wasn't the only one appreciating their expertise — others who were there, all Tesla owners, seemed to share similar sentiments.

Update Nov 26: I was finally able to force a $330 reimbursement via my credit card company by filing a lengthy and time consuming dispute after this shop refused to accept responsibility for their mistake. Long review but worth the read. To begin, other reviews in here mention poor communication with this shop, and I found that to be true, as well. I originally contacted them for work on the rear drive unit (rear motor) of my Model S. When dropping my car off I was upsold on front suspension work, which I happily accepted. The original rear-motor-work-order was done successfully, but the additional $1700 spent on suspension work had major issues of pulling heavy to the right, the steering wheel off center to the right, and the front left tire rubbing the wheel well lining when making turns. All of these issues did not exist before having this shop work on my suspension. When I first picked up my car after the work was completed, I immediately turned around and brought the vehicle back to the shop. They were about to close so I had to bring the car back on another day for an entire extra day of work, but they couldn't identify and fix the problem and safety issue they created. I ended up having to take my car to a third party shop, and the issue was a bad alignment job, but it cost me an additional $370 at this third party shop to have EV FixMe's work inspected and the new alignment job done. Plus the additional time I spent, which cost me more than a day of work. After repeated attempts to get EV FixMe to reimburse their $330 alignment cost, I was unsuccessful and now my last option is Small Claims Court. I can't believe it has come to this point over the relatively small amount of $330, even after showing them the receipt and alignment print out from the third party shop, as well as, photo/video evidence along the way. The issue with their alignment job was the castor on both front tires was way off resulting in the heavy pull to the right, off center steering wheel, and front left tire rubbing I mentioned above. The front left tire was about a 1/4 inch FORWARD than it should be and the front right tire was about a 1/4 inch BACK than it should be. I was shocked to find a discrepancy this big even after returning the vehicle and giving the shop an entire extra day to work on it. I even showed the shop, face to face, how much the left tire was rubbing but they still couldn't figure it out and fix the problem. After the extra day of work they spent on it, I texted them again about the problem persisting (text is their preferred communication) and after a few back and forth's they stopped responding. They basically abandoned a $3700 customer, that was now dealing with a safety issue created by them, and I was no longer comfortable with them working on my car, which is why I went to the 3rd party shop. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am in the poor ethics, professionalism, and accountability I experienced with this shop, especially when dealing with a high performance car. I hope this review is taken serious by both the shop and potential customers reading this. Ethics and professionalism matter, and this shop failed on both. I highly recommend finding another shop in the area to work on your car, there are others out there. This has been a nightmare. My logic behind 2 stars is: Start with 5 stars, minus one star for original bad work, minus one star for inability to identify and fix the problem, minus one star for ignoring requests for help, minus one star for not willing to reimburse their $330 alignment charge. Then plus one star for the rear motor work that is good so far. Total 2 stars. PHOTOS: All 4 photos are of the two front wheels. Left Front space & Left Rear space. Right Front space & Right Rear space.

I came in for a general alignment after getting a new set of OEM tires that barely lasted 18 months since the last set. The Tesla factory settings on model X’a are set for extra traction by tilting the tires out of alignment causing inconsistent tire wear and horrible battery efficiency. Tesla dealers won’t even offer a solution. EVFix immediately offered and fixed the issue in half the original quoted time. Now my battery efficiency has improved from 55% to 85% improved through kind service and honest information. Not a 100% because I’m crushing a 2016 Model X. Customer for life. Trust the guy driving F1’s with a clean shop and not the guy next door haggling and up charging for a cabin filter. Also, be weary of some reviewers posting issues caused through their own gross negligence- like messing up their alignment via off roading and trying to sue deflect blame to the repair shop.

out of 3 repairs done here to save $ vs Tesla Center, 2 repairs i had to go back multiple times to correct their mistakes. very poor communication during original and remedial repairs.(Ex. "The car will be done tomorrow". Come tomorrow, no calls or nothing. They answer the text the next day, and says, "the car will be done in another day".) WAIT. I NEEDED THE CAR YESTERDAY, WHEN U SAID IT WOULD BE DONE. Examples of poor workmanship 1. Had door repaired. when I came home, the door panel was completely loose. none of the screws were fastened. 2. Had front suspension done. worse noise than b4. went back, they tightened the mis-torqued suspension. 3. A year later, same front suspension is torn up, requiring another replacement. My 55 year old wife drives this car. No reason suspension(both sides) lasts one year. They stated warranty is one year. If I must spend $2k for same repair in a year, I better find another shop. My rear suspension, including aftermarket camber arm, is holding ok, except the partial tire wear was never rectified: It is just as bad. How they still get business is beyond me. Maybe they just treated ME that way.

if you are reading this commentary, you're in the best place to go, if could put 10/10 I would, I've been there with my Tesla Y, others garages made me crazy estimation and told me I had to replace my both "rear CV axles rear shaft" . UNTIL I found EX FIX ME garage : 1h after dropping my car ,the owner told me the car was ready and no need to replace anything, just greessing the parts, and my clacking noise was gone ( we did a drive test after) the 2 owners are extremely NICE, PRO, KIND, and knowledgable, it's such a pleasure to finally find the RIGHT garage, the RIGHT people that CARES about your Car/problem, there are not here to charge you for something like 99% of garage in California. God bless you gentleman and for saving a dog on a street <3 , wishing you long success , prosperity, and all the best, the world needs more people like you gentleman !!! SF

Brought my 2014 Model S P85D in for a door handle repair and was blown away by the service. The advisors really know their stuff, and after hearing I had to replace my rear motor recently, they even offered a free diagnostic just to make sure everything else looked good. The repair was done super fast and cost way less than Tesla or any other shop I checked. I’ll absolutely be returning for any future work!

Shout out to Robert and Tony for fixing my model S!
