Wonderful experience! A world-class family business that treated me like family. The owner, Ed Alikhani, was professional, knowledgeable, and best of all kind. My Connell Chevrolet service advisor recommended to have my 2018 Silverado HD hood repaired at Euro American. Neda Alikhani, production manager, shared their shop does all of Connell Chevrolet's auto body work. The decision to repair the hood as opposed to replacing it with a new one saved me $1300. These guys are freaking AMAZING! The gave me the best experience I have ever had. Betty is such a light and I loved talking to her and she made the visit so welcoming. I literally almost stay just to laugh and talk. With everything being back ordered when I had concerns with when things would be done, they politely explained everything in detail. Which means a lot because I can only imagine it’s a hassle having to explain that. Picking up may car was the best! I was excited to get my Ash Gray Camaro 2LT RS and among arrival there it was right in front just shining. The wheels were polished and beautiful!! The paint was EXCELLENT! You can look and tell sometimes when a car was repainted. You cannot tell my car was repaint. The repair on my wheels were absolutely perfect! So then I walk in to pay and to sign and get my keys. When I walked in the door it was like everyone was excited for me as well. The energy was the best nothing but smiles and happy that I get to pick up my car. I absolutely love everyone there. This company takes pride in their work and it shows. I will not take my car anywhere else other than here.

Just picked up my 2014 Silverado from Euro American Body Shop after having extensive paint work completed and was extremely pleased with the total process from start to finish! From the very minute I dropped off my vehicle Dennis and Ed made me feel completely at ease and I felt very confident that I was going to get a top notch repair. The paint was perfectly matched and the vehicle was completely detailed and cleaned up. The clear coat had absolutely no flaws and has a beautiful mirror finish. If you've ever worked with body shops, you know things can be hit-or-miss. NOT THIS PLACE. They did a great job communicating everything with me and working with my insurance company. They constantly updated me on progress and were very transparent. Got the work done in a timely matter...but none of that compares to how good of a job they did on my car. My Mercedes got into a big accident and it was very important that the repairs be done correctly, by a reputable shop, and in a timely manner. 10 years ago I automatically took another Mercedes with similar damages straight to the dealership but they ended up gauging my insurance and it took 2 months to get my car back. I asked around this time and I called the different shops I was referred to so I could get a better feel over the phone. When I spoke with Ed at Euro American Collision Center, that was it, I got a really good feeling. I met with Ed and after seeing the shop and being explained the step by step process of repairing my car, I became confident to leave it there. The follow through was exceptional and will confidently recommend them.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Ed, Neda, and the team are the most accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, and all around good people out there. You can tell this is a family business by the way they treat their customers. I live fulltime in my van and was so worried about having to be homeless and carless for an extended time. Not many places care or understand the stress of leaving your home for weeks/months. Some of them will have you drop your vehicle off and they get to it when they have time, meaning they won’t touch it for weeks and it’s just sitting there while your whole life is upside down . Ed and Neda worked with me on a timeline that worked for me and not only had it done perfectly, but had it done early!! I was dreading going to get my van fixed after being in an accident because of all the stress that typically comes with it (especially when you live in your vehicle) and I cannot even begin to tell you the relief I felt after talking to Neda and Ed when I initially stopped. They always go above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible. On top of all of that, they returned my van cleaner than I’ve ever seen it. I will never go anywhere else than Euro American. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone, but especially if you’re a van dweller - they just get it. I can’t thank them enough!

I'm having to bring them my vehicle a 5th time for a bumper repair on my brand new Tahoe that had damage caused by Simpson Chevrolet and never before in an accident. The reason for so many times is because the 1st time(after supposed first repair) they oversprayed and left visibly noticable bumps and runs. The 2nd time they were supposed to fix that but, instead caused more damage and left highly visible sanding scratches and still didn't correct the bumps on the left side, the 3rd time they were supposed to fix the sanding they caused and remove the bumps that are still visible with white dots, which it appeared they did but, after a few days it became apparent that they caused new damage on the bumper. Which was now sanding marks on the left side instead of the right and those sanding marks reached up to the metal panel above it that had no damage and now has those marks. Plus they only sanded the white dots and when it was blown on with ny breath the dust that covered the dots from the sanding came off and re-exposed them. I do not know if Ed doesn't care or what but, this just doesn't make any sense. And if they don't like me pointing out what's wrong they should fix it!

Highly recommend! Professional, clean office, friendly staff and most importantly C8 certified. My story : 2023 Corvette C8 front bumper damage … someone accidentally bumped into my car a little to hard damaging the front bumper and radiator … How Euro American helped me : from friendly costumer service to getting my vehicle back as good as new they were on it. The only thing that was out of their control was the time it took on the insurance to reach an agreement. However they kept me informed the whole time and I felt good knowing my car was in safe hands. Other things I liked: - cars are gated up and secured for the over night stays - compassion shown by the shop - costumer service from estimate to getting my keys back - trustworthy company But they still worked with me and it took a while but the best things come with patience … Highly recommend… Before and after pic below …

Absolutely thrilled with the results and couldn’t be happier. my accident happen shortly after 6:45 am on a Monday. I called EURO was surprise that Dennis took my call knowing they don’t open until 8am. He came out and took a look at my truck and said he would get back to me. Shortly after he emailed me an estimate, i delivered my truck feeling that I’d left it in good hands. Everyone was so professional very easy to talk to and always made the time to listen to my concerns. it seemed that it was right about two weeks. They had put my truck back together. It came out looking like it was brand new, the detail the outside and the inside. I couldn’t be happier with the End result. If I could give them a 10 stars I would do it all day long.
