Everyone was super helpful, professional, and Mac's got the job done right. Came in for a 4 wheel alignment and with a very picky car enthusiast husband who had specs written out and everything. Mac's did not disappoint at all and all of the amazing reviews don't do this place justice. This garage is also conveniently located next to an awesome coffee shop where I could set up to work and take meetings while the alignment was done. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know.

Came for a wheel alignment to be told I needed a new tire rod before they could do the alignment. Paid for extra for the tire rod and work to be done so I can get a wheel alignment. 10 days later I'm getting my brakes checked and changed to be told the tire rod was stripped that I just paid to get done. And wheel alignment wasn't done correctly. Had to argue just to get refund for the tire rod. And still awaiting a refund hopefully from Groupon for the wheel alignment that couldn't of been done properly because of the tire rod I was told needed to be done. Ended up having to come to Alpha State Auto Repair just for them to correctly do everything as well as my breaks. And show me where they messed up my vehicle. And the only reason it lasted was because of a small pin. Please think twice before you come to Mac's I would say go to Alpha State Auto Repair. Ask for Jose and he'll take care of you

I purchased this service in GroupOn and this was my first time at this place. The person at the desk does not smile at all, I have trouble hearing and I noticed he does not have patient for somebody like that, I had to wait one month for an appointment, the person performing the job was nice, with that being said I would not go back to that place for my cars in the family, this is my honest review.

Came today to check out the place for a wheel alignment got a Groupon Voucher! The guy in the office was super unfriendly, told me I can get an appointment end of the month, he told me they are fully booked 😂 at the alignment place was nobody working😂 whatever I cannot recommend this place at all Where is the american customer service !? for sure, not here

Went in for an alignment on an older Sienna and found out that my ball joints were worn out so I opted to put some new ones in myself. When that was done I called back and was able to get back in there pretty quickly which I appreciated. Larry was a good guy and took his time with the alignment, which was way off, and it’s as straight as it could be now. Friendly, accommodating people & good service - I highly recommend this place.

I went here for a four wheel alignment due to the good reviews. However, I was surprised to find that after their first alignment attempt, my steering wheel was crooked. No big deal, it happens, so I went back for a readjustment. No apology, no acknowledgement, or explanation from the owner, I had to ask to be "squeezed in" to their schedule to get my car serviced again. This time, the steering wheel was straight, but my car still went right. Second opinions from other mechanics told me my suspension is fine. I rotated tires as suggested and the problem still persisted. I called Larry for a refund twice (I bought a groupon, but I paid extra on site for their warranty). Each time I would ask for updates on the refund, he would say he'll "figure it out", but it's been almost 1.5 weeks and I still have not been refunded. I'm not one to leave reviews like this because I know how important reviews are to small businesses. I try to sort it out with the owner first. I wasn't asking for much, I just wanted my car aligned, which they failed to do, then I asked for my money back - which they still failed to do after follow ups on my end. I just wanted the basics, and they couldn't even deliver on that. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. Incompetent, untrustworthy, and unreliable. After two alignments they still left me with an unsafe alignment that was not driveable. Told me to come back another time. Incompetent mechanic kept installing the alignment not fully centered on the wheel and kept scratching my car on the ramp. It doesn't much common sense do to an alignment. Wheels were visibly crooked and so the steering wheel was majorly off center. Couldn't drive over 20 mph or make it home so I had to limp down the street with hazard lights on to 714 Tires where they fixed it in one pass.

Showed up for my appointment and was told I changed it—when I didn’t. No notice, no accountability, just excuses and made up some random date that they claimed I changed my appointment to, and that date i’m not even available for. Very unprofessional. I wish zero star was an option, AND also they’ll say they are fully booked for the day when there was not even a car in their shop. Please dont waste your time with these clowns

I do not recommend these guys did you shady work and take forever if you have a nice vehicle do not take it over there. They will leave the windows open and just put it in the back. Let animals crawl inside of it. They don’t care if your vehicle gets exposed to rain or debris. My vehicle was left out with the windows down exposed to the elements for about two months every single time I called they said my vehicle wasn’t ready not even a simple oil change can be done by them. They drained the oil out of my vehicle and forgot to refill it with oil leading to my engine. Seizing up just down the street with not even an ounce of oil in it
