I had a great experience with AAA Convertible & Sunroof Services. I own a 2002 Z4 convertible and received several estimates to fix the entire top, which would have cost thousands. Since I use this car for fun, I didn’t want to spend too much. The team quickly identified a broken sensor and provided a costly fix as well as a more affordable workaround. I chose the latter, and it was the right decision. They were honest, fast, and professional. I highly recommend this shop.

We had a fantastic experience at AAA Convertible and Sunroof! They were phenomenal! Our sunroof had needed to be repaired so we took it into our local dealership and explained we had warranty. The dealership called us back after speaking to our warranty company and said I needed to pay $1,200 to the them (dealership) just to take a look and see what the issue was before we could find out if warranty would cover or not. We decided we would get a second opinion and took in our vehicle to Lee at AAA. He took a look at our sunroof, immediately after going into our vehicle he knew exactly what the issue was. I explained we had warranty, he took down my warranty information said he’d reach out to them and will get back to me with an answer. After a few days he called and said our warranty would like to inspect the vehicle. Inspection was done and our warranty fully covered the repair!!! Lee saved us thousands of dollars. We are truly appreciative of Lees persistency with our warranty as well as getting us in quickly to get our sunroof repaired. Go see Lee and get your service repair done! You will not be disappointed.

AAA is absolutely amazing! They did great work and proved to be honest and high integrity. In this case, they repaired my sun roof where, unbeknownst to them, the parts from the dealer they ordered, were defective. AAA spent more time than was anticipated exploring the reason why it did not work. Ultimately, they found the issue to be a bad part from the dealer. Although this came at a high cost to AAA, Lee, the owner, looked at me to my face and said, ..” don’t worry about it, I’ll make it right..”. And he did. They reordered the parts from the dealer, at his expense, and ultimately fixed my sunroof perfectly. To Lee and the AAA team, you guys are the best! You have my business for life.

It has been a 3 1/2 year search for AAA Convertible. When I purchased my new Jeep without a sunroof I was advised there were several shops here in the desert that could do the job. Not the case…I was actually looking to buy a new Jeep with a sunroof when I came across AAA Convertible on yelp. OUTSTANDING SERVICE: Had a Mini Cooper Convt with a Center Cover that was broken. AAA C&S Services quickly inspected and provided 2 solutions; Repair or Replacement. I opted to replace. I ordered the part, called back to schedule appointment for replacement and received a “drop by now” (quick job). AAA promptly came out and went to work. It was so quick, wanted to not charge; insisted something. I know where I will be going for future convertible issues. Highly recommend

My convertible top on my Porsche 911 was not opening or closing, so I brought it to my local trusted Porsche mechanic who was not able to diagnose the source of the problem and my car sat there for 3 weeks. He recommended that I call Lee @ AAA. Lee was able to identify the source and had it repaired in one business day at a reasonable price. Years earlier I brought in my BMW GT 550i for a sunroof issue and Lee repaired and did a great job.
