This is the best shop in the Newport Mesa area by far! Victor is a family man & runs his business that way. His repair estimates cannot be beat & his mechanic is brilliant at all levels. My friends & family go nowhere else. I am very knowledgeable about cars & repairs, if I don't do the work myself i take it directly to European Imports. I could go on all day about the numerous times this man has rescued me. Thank you Victor!!

Victor and his team are extremely knowledgeable with European cars and Jaguars, which is hard to find. They have always gone out of their way to get my cars back on the road. Very easy to communicate with. But most of all they are honest, the most important. Highly recommend!!!!

Highly recommend this place for your automotive needs! Victor was courteous and professional not to mention very reasonably priced compared to the Bentley dealership. They got me in right away and finished the job in a timely manner. If you need service on a European vehicle this is the place to go!

I called Victor to help my elderly father with what he described as a transmission issue, and Victor told me he would take care of my dad and make sure his car is safe to drive home. My dad had his car evaluated at this shop, and after checking out the issue, Victor told my father that he would have to disassemble the entire transmission in order to locate the problem, costing potentially thousands of dollars. I didn't believe this at all, so I drove 50 miles to meet my dad and check out the car for myself. Within 30 seconds I could tell what the problem was, and I'm not even a mechanic. The car was simply a little low on brake fluid, and the clutch in this car shares a reservoir with the brake fluid. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the transmission whatsoever. I topped off the brake fluid, bled the clutch, and it's good as new. Took me about 30 minutes. If I hadn't stepped in, I feel like my dad would have been absolutely taken advantage of at this shop. Victor - I am unhappy specifically BECAUSE you failed to provide any kind of estimate, and said the entire transmission needed disassembly, which is not true at all. The transmission is in fantastic shape and operates perfectly with the proper fluid level and air bled from the lines. If there was anything else coming up on your scanner, it was unrelated. I was looking for an honest mechanic to help my father, and he left your shop with no estimate and no help whatsoever. The very least you could have done is check the fluids. You would send your own father out on the road in a car that can't shift gears? What codes came up on your scanner, may I ask?

This shop is a hidden gem. The person who works here is really nice and absolutely care about their customers. I had an emergency with my car and When I arrived it was after hours and all shops around me were closed. Without any hesitation, he quickly inspected my car and fixed the issue. He also explained me what exactly happened and suggested a long term solution. I’m really grateful to him. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Victor [owner] does a spectacular job and the pricing is fair. I won't let anyone else touch my 911. I've taken my car in there a number of times for a few different issues and they've always done a great job!

Highly recommend European Import Service! I took my car here after the local Audi dealership tried to price gauge me. Victor and his team gave me a fair price, fixed my car quickly and had great customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

Whenever you go to a new autoservice it's a pretty high-stake gamble where the stake is your car. I end up bringing my car here by accident. Didn't regret about it for a single minute! What do you get here - undivided attention to your problem. (I can't recall when mechanic listen to me so carefully and understand what exactly I want to do to my vehicle ). - service above and beyond (During repairs of my car they always choose to complete important for me but not such a cost-effective for them service.) - make - sense warranty. During repairs we've install a part that was DOA. They not only didn't charge me a single penny for the same job done twice but handle all manufacturer's replacement process in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this place!

I have the worst extended warranty company ever! Before I've come to MERCEDES AND IMPORT SERVICE two other shops refuse to work with them because they were "very difficult to deal with". Victor has spent endless hours communicating with extended warranty claims department. Amasing, but after a very short time I was able to get my car back properly repaired and ready to roll! Thank you guys for all your help!

I first came to European Auto Imports when I was having transmission issues, and I’m so glad I found them. From that first visit, Victor and his team made me feel confident in their expertise and care for my Audi Q5. Since then, I’ve trusted them with everything—from routine oil changes to required maintenance—and they have never disappointed. They keep my car in pristine condition while also offering great pricing. The level of service is consistently excellent, and the team always goes above and beyond. Victor and his team are not only highly skilled but also genuinely great to work with. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel confident that your car is in the best hands every time. Highly recommend them for any car needs!

European Import Service in Costa Mesa on Superior is the best! I was told by another auto service I needed brakes. When I had my car serviced at European Import Service, they said I only needed front brakes, the rears had at least another year before needing service. Very honest auto mechanics. 😊

I had my Bentley towed into this shop as mice chewed through some wires, engine was misfiring and smoke coming from the crossed wires (turns out these were mass air flow wires). Later on the owner gave me an estimate of $2500 to repair, I thought this was excessive but they claim to be "Bentley Specialist" per their website, said it is a lot of work as the wires are under the engine and not easy to access. I have dealt with mice in this vehicle before, it was never this expensive but I went ahead with the repair as the owner seemed trustworthy and the vehicle was already at his shop. They said the car would be ready in a few days and they will contact me when done, after a few days I called him to ask when will it be ready and he would repeatedly say later today but yet would never call. They had the car for over a week and supposedly they could not figure out why the car still is misfiring but it was running better than before and they said it can be driven home. They also wanted more time time to dig in deeper to find the issue, obviously more money. I told them I am picking up the car as is and will be there in an hour, my thoughts were if they couldn't figure how to repair it by now they either did not know what they were doing or they are milking it. When I arrived they still had the car on the lift and were putting it back together, still not sure why car was not ready after I gave them an hour notice. I limped the car back to my garage where it sat for close to a year as it was challenging to find a HONEST/COMPETENT Bentley mechanic. I eventually found a reputable Bentley shop in San Diego, had the car towed there and he immediately found the issue (2 bad coils) fixed the issue for $600. There is no reason this shop did not check the coils/sparkplugs, they have a scanner and it showed a misfire on cylinder 1 and 12. This is basic mechanics 101, I have a scanner and this was the first issue that popped up. These were the error codes before I dropped off the vehicle and same codes after I picked it up V000769 - Cylinder 1 P0301 - 002 - Misfire Detected , V000786 - Cylinder 12 P0312 - 008 - Misfire Detected. In addition, I asked them multiple multiple times to send me pictures of the wiring repair before and during the repair, they acted clueless and they never sent any pictures. After I picked up the vehicle and paid the bill, I requested pictures again and they sent me some random pictures and none which were of the wires they repaired and now I know exactly why. Enclosed image are the wires they repaired, I felt like an idiot once my new mechanic showed me the repaired wiring and he was flabbergasted that I was charged $2500. My new mechanic said he would have charged me under $500 and he is in a shop that specializes in only high end exotics. To add insult to injury they did not even use heat treated wrapping for the wiring, they used regular electric tape which is currently unraveling in the enclosed pic (the red circle is where the wiring connects to the engine). You would think a Bentley Specialist would know a W12 engine will get hot and to properly wrap the wiring or even engine for that matter. In addition, I later was told you should never drive a car that misfires as all the excess gas that does not get burned off goes into the exhaust and destroys the catalytic converters. I wasted a lot time dealing with this car on something that should have been easily identified and resolved. Not only that the car registration expired, I could not renew the registration as a smog check was required, car would not pass smog back then due to the misfire and I had to transfer the vehicle to non operation status. As of today the car wont pass smog as it is having catalytic converter problems. I had this car for over 10 years, not once did I ever have a cat problem and the cats are very expensive on this car. I should also mention they charged me an additional $20 for gas. I would not recommend this shop.

Audi A6 owner, I won’t go into all details but I had an issue getting an oil change from a facility that did nothing but oil changes and they literally almost ruined my engine, transmission and catalytic converters. This happened on Thursday afternoon. I didn’t know that the damage could have been a reality until Jeff figured out what happened. I called on a Friday morning and spoke with Aryan and told him my situation that I lived in Sourh America and needed my car to be repaired as soon as possible. I told him what happened. He talked to the mechanic Jeff and they agreed that I could bring it in and they would look at my car. Without telling the whole story because that is not what matters, what matters is the knowledge that Jeff has, the mechanic that works with Jeff, Aryan his dad Victor are the story. They Professional, personable and run a top notch European Auto Repair shop. From my first call to getting the situation figured out until the car was repaired and finished was one of the best auto repairs I have ever experienced in my 51 years of driving. Definitely a five star company that I highly recommend to anyone with a foreign car. These guys take pride and love what they do!! Thank you Aryan, Victor and Jeff for the outstanding service you provided to me.
