Robins Ford couldn't take my car in for A/C servicing without keeping it for four days, because the service department was so backed up. Mind you I tried to make my appointment a week in advance. They told me to call Bay Auto. They were able to get me in. They serviced and changed the oil, referred me to an A/C specialist because it wasn't just a recharge. When they checked for an oil leak, they tightened the screws and said it didn't appear to be anything major. I will be going back for servicing from now on.

Long ago I used to be a mechanic so I'm well aware of how shady they can be. I also know they can be honest and amazing at what they do. Bay Auto proved to be the latter. I had my SUV towed in. I assumed it would be days to wait for them to see it and diagnose it. It was a few hours and I received a call and even more surprising, it was ready by the end of the same day. It was a pretty major repair too. The price was fair and oem parts were used. I love that. I VERY highly recommend Bay Auto.

Brought my truck to his shop, diagnosed it and told me my alternator was out. He told me it was an easy fix and that I could change it out real easy instead of paying me to do it. Showed me what needed to be done. So I took his advice and changed it myself. Great honest mechanic I would definitely recommend him to anybody in need of a reliable honest mechanic!!!!
