Awesome place with awesome staff. The guy was polite, quick, and had me on my way with a quote quick as can be. They also remodeled the Jeep of a soldier serving in Afghanistan, I saw the signed picture from him and asked about it. All in all, great place.

Awesoeme shop!!!! Never have I been to a body shop that treated me so kind and with so much respect as c&w here!!! The employees are so friendly and genuinely care about you and your car! Upfront and honest and BY FAR THE BEST QUALITY BODY WORK I HAVE EVER SEEN! I had my bumper fixed, and you cant even tell where the damage was! I havent had to go back for touch ups at all, they even returned it clean and beautiful!

dropped my car off for minor scratch repair on 2/13. was given an 8 day return time estimate. Followed up with them on the 2/23 to see if it was ready and they had some "setbacks" and it would be good to go the following Monday (2/27). No update on 2/27 so I called, now the date has changed to Thursday 3/2. On 3/2 the insurance company got involved and called them to give me an update. They called me on 3/2 and said it would be good Friday 3/3 by EoD. I called them 3/3, and they had another "setback" but was then told Monday 3/6. Called them 3/6 and yet another "setback" but aiming for 3/7. For minor scratches, 8 days has turned into 3 weeks. They continue to offer the same "setback" excuse as to why the work is prolonged and only once did they call me to give an update, and thats because insurance had to call them out. Come to find out the "setbacks" were really their technicians overbooked and were super behind. Thats information you disclose before the process starts, not give vague excuses week after week. And they only disclosed this to my insurance adjuster after they had to get involved, not once to me. Saw other 1 star reviews with similar sentiments, especially on Yelp. Don't waste your time here.

Unfortunately they broke my steering wheel while fixing my front right panel and now refuse to fix it stating "old things break." The car is 2015 Mercedes so I wouldn't expect something to break only when the car is out of my possession. Either way, there are plenty of body shops much more reputable just around the corner where I've taken my Audi and my Ram who will not break a portion of your car and pretend they did nothing and blame you when you call them out to fix it. The body work is just OK, very clearly had work and is noticeable but 2 stars since the front panel is not scratched now anymore so they did part of the job they were paid for, but broke something more expensive in the process and refuse to take ownership of their mistake.
