The parts department rarely answers their phone, and when they do, they immediately say, “Parts department, I’m going to place you on a brief hold.” However, that “brief hold” often turns into 10 to 15 minutes of waiting with no one coming back to assist. To make matters worse, you can see them casually chatting with colleagues and technicians instead of addressing customer calls.
