Came in to service brakes, they were fast with ordering parts, accurate estimates and great communication through the entire process. The customer service here is top notch, Evan and Theresa took the best care of me throughout the day. Though the repairs for me were expensive, what isn’t these days, the care and kindness here go a long way. I ended up needing an alignment, new battery and brake pads and rotors, Evan communicated flawlessly and kept me in the loop the entire day. Thank you for having great client service and for the best experience I’ve had with a shop to date. I have brought my BMW to this shop a few times now and have always had a great experience. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are great to work with. I followed his advises and fixed some top issues with my car which is old and has high mileage. Jason was not pushing repairs to me but advised what I needed to do according to the most needed. The dealer tried scamming me for 3000$ worth of wear and tear. Being that my warranty had just ended, I was suspicious. I brought my car here for a 2nd opinion, the next week by appointment, they lifted it up and within an hour they performed a full inspection telling me nothing was wrong. Car is running great, they were right and saved me a bunch of money. The whole inspection was free! Love these guys, shout out to Jason he is respectful, smart, and efficient. I will be coming here from now on for service on my 3 series BMW.
