When it comes to making decisions about my car, I am never sure if I getting the best deal, or if I really need what the mechanic suggests. I came into the shop stressed out and crying and left happy with my car in better condition then before I had any problems! It took a few days to fix my car, due to the amount of work that needed to be done, the engine was being rebuilt. Ronnie was so patient with me, and answered all of my questions and he even emailed me pictures of my new engine as he was working on it! I am so thankful that I found Irvine Auto Repair, the prices are fair, and the service was incredible. The owner, Ronnie, is extremely generous, kind, and helpful. It is really nice to be able to give my business to someone that cares. I would recommend Irvine Auto Repair for something as small as an oil change, or as large as rebuilding an engine, which is what came in for.

They got me right in to look at my C300 as the brake light was on and we are preparing for a trip. After inspection, they told me my brakes are fine but there was a sensor or wiring issue and I should take it to the dealer as Mercedes might cover it! They did not charge me anything! I will be back for all my service. Follow up: I took it to the dealer and they were right, the dealer replaced the sensor and wiring at no charge! Thank you so much to Auto Craft!

Excellent service, prompt and professional, went above and beyond. Was new in town, took my Mercedes in for a side mirror issue and Ferogh resolved it on the spot without charging me. I also needed to replace a liner on the left wheel well, they ordered it in and fixed it the next day, just in time for my ski trip to Big Bear. Talk about a quick turnaround. As a favor, they topped off the air in my tires *and* the spare tire in the trunk. They also installed my front license plate frame without charging me. Best experience I've had at a mechanic shop. Not to mention, the owner is personable and considerate. I found out they're working on Christmas Eve just to fix an EPS for a loyal customer so they could make it to Palm Springs. Superb commitment to customer service. 5+ stars.

I had a great experience here today! They quoted me significantly less than the neighboring mechanic, worked quickly and kept me informed the whole way. The girl at the front (Arlene?) was very friendly and helpful, charged me a fair price for everything, and now my car is good as new. I’d highly recommend this shop!

I have been an honored customer of Auto Craft since 1998. I have owned a BMW and a Mercedes and I would trust no other team to service my cars. James and Ferogh are my heroes! They always go above and beyond my expectations and treated my cars with excellent care and detail. Great kudos to Faro, Simon and the team of Auto Craft! They are honest, professional and patient. This is a late review. I've had my BMW 750 serviced by Auto Craft since 2019. They always provide a decent quote with details and price listed so you are well informed, and they always ask for your permission before they perform on the vehicle. The recent challenge is my friend's BMW X5. The car is old and needs major repair. Inspection, quote, permission and perform. Very professional and patient. They made sure the car goes strong. I'm very glad that I can have a shop like this in OC. Strongly recommend it. Hopefully, Faro and the team could help you out some day!

Fantastic Service for My C63s at AutoCraft BMW and Mercedes I recently took my 2019 Mercedes-AMG C63s to AutoCraft BMW and Mercedes for some work, and I'm thrilled with the results. Sam and the team installed new brake pads, shock absorbers, and bumpers, and the car feels amazing now. Sam was fantastic to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process and gave great advise. The communication was clear and professional, and there were no hidden surprises. This was a family business. Ferogh, a wonderful man, passed away and his nephews took over. These are unscrupulous, predatory young men. I sent my car worth $6k to be repaired and they proposed $4k in repairs. I declined and paid them $350 for their efforts. When taken to another place, we discovered parts uninstalled and bolts missing. Mind you, this was a running and driving vehicle when they received it. Ultimately, the original repairs were $2,700. The remediation of their deliberate sabotaging of the car was another $600. BAR compliant filing next.

Don't go there!!!!!!!! They are expensive and dishonest!!! I went to this business the Malfunction indicator of my GL 450 is on. And I was told one of my shock is broken and some other stuff needed to be fixed as well. Their quotation is $3000.00 for this services which I found later is very unreasonable. However, with the trust of the old owner, I stayed and paid them. The day I picked my car back, the indicator kept on. Called them and was told that I need to drove car back immediately. It turned out that they forgot to add coolant in my car!!!!! And then a few days later, the malfunction indicator again was on. And they said I need to pay another $1000 to fix it. If I can leave this business for a -10 star. I will!!!

Curbed my e30 thurs afternoon, gave the shop owner a heads up & towed it to this shop at night when they were closed. Made a visit the following morning, and both the shop owner/tech was personable, friendly, informative (qualities most shops nowadays don't have.) They lifted the car, I co-witnessed the damage. Gave me a phone call monday morning with a quote for parts/labor. I opted to get it towed back to my place to diy. The shop owner was not disgruntled nor was he hostile with my decision, in fact he agreed it wasn't a bad idea. All in all a very professionally ran shop. Owner is definitely one of the nicest shop owners I've encountered. Higly recommend.
