I took my Mercedes GLK350 into Costco to get my wheels rotated and balanced and while putting the wheels back on the Costco technician couldn't get one of the lug nuts back in and told me the threading inside my hub had a problem and I needed to take it to a mechanic. With only 4 lug nuts in my rear wheel and it being 3pm already I started calling local shops to see if they would take a look at it for me but none would see me so I googled the nearest mercedes mechanic near me and saw Intune Motors was only 0.3 miles away and decided to just drive there and see if they would help. When I got there they were busy and had all of their lifts in use but the manager pulled a mechanic aside and had him take a look at my car. After a minute of inspecting he grabbed a floor jack, took off my wheel, fixed the threading and had all 5 of my lug nuts securely screwed in. I felt 100% confident in the mechanic and their service was amazing. This is how you get a customer for life. I will be bringing my and my wife's car here from now on for any future needs.

I feel so lucky to have found such a great mechanic shop! I have been here twice now, the first time for a simple missing bolt in a brake caliper. The owner, Thuc, helped me the first time. The customer service, timeliness, and work was exceptional. I promised to return here if I ever needed anything done. Sure enough, that time came and I needed an ignition coil replaced. I let them know I would be in for repair, dropped off my car for a diagnostic, received a call shortly after confirming the issue and my car was ready in no time. Ricardo helped me for this visit and my experience was consistent with the first. Trustworthy, kind, and very reasonable. This mechanic shop is a gem.

absolutely FANTASTIC service, i was helped by a man named Ricardo and his team, they were incredibly friendly, fair and honest. i had actually even came to them for a separate issue in the past, my car was making a strange clicking noise. turns out, it was nothing important, where other mechanics would have said it was vital i fixed it immediately, they were honest and told me it was a harmless sound i should only fix if i found it truly annoying. these are not the kind of people who'll screw you over for an extra buck, they are straight forward, fair, efficient and honest people who i personally trust. i wish every mechanic was like them, would highly recommend them, their glowing reviews are well earned.

Brought my Porsche Cayenne Hybrid here because a “top up coolant” notification kept popping up on my car even though the coolant was full, only to find out my car has TWO coolant tanks and one of them was really low.
