The work was excellent. The damage was fixed fast. The one and only issue was with their estimate how long will the fix take. After I rearranged and canceled appointments for next 2 weeks (estimate at some point was 18 days, first estimate 8 days) car was done in 5. As much as I appreciate the speed the appointments have already been rescheduled.

Had a minor fender bender caused by someone else and their insurance was taking care of it. We weren't too concerned about the work since it was basically replacing a plastic bumper trim that's not rocket science. We went to a place closer to our home, but found their communication was lacking even before any work started. Decided to bring it to FIX for anothet quote. It was night and day. Is there such a a thing as over communication?? So first off, everyone at FIX is super professional. I got started with Lee and thought this guy's great I hope I continue to work with him. But then I talked to a couple others throughout the process and everyone was on top of it. On top of that I think I got daily emails letting ne know my estimated date was still on target. I know mine was a small job but everything was on point and it felt nice to be kept abreast. At pick up there was a discrepancy with my deductible and I thought this was where everything was going to fall apart. It took them 2 minutes and 1 phone calls to resolve the issue. Aside from that one small issue, everything else was seamless from start to finish. One last thing to mention, their location is close to a lot of heavy construction and dump trucks. As I was dropping off my vehicle I thought for sure there would be a layer of construction dust on my car when everything was done. I was surprised to get my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off. FIX auto is definitely a solid

I dropped off my Car to get my front bumper replaced (damaged). Fix Auto Irvine did a very good job communicating and keeping me informed of the whole process Jacky is fantastic with customer service. I picked up my car roughly 3 weeks after dropping it off, decent then around time. Unfortunately, when I picked up my car, I noticed swirl marks all over (see video). I noticed the scratches all over. The scratches are very noticeable under sunlight. I emailed the shop and they offered to get it fixed. Obviously I was disappointed that they failed to properly clean the car. The whole car is full of swirl marks. Nevertheless I gave them an opportunity to fix it. I took the car back so they can see the swirl marks. At that moment, I scheduled an appointment one week in advance. They asked me to make my appointment at 8am and leave it there all day, so I did. When I took my car in to get the scratches fixed they had it at their shop all day. Before they closed I called and they said they needed an extra day with my car. I had suspected that they did not even touch my car. Sure enough I went to pick it up and they failed to work on my car. They asked me to leave it one more day but I needed my car so I decided to fix the car on my own. Fix Auto failed to complete the work they had scheduled me in for. I understand that they could have been busy, but I had scheduled my appointment one week in advance. I advised the service rep that I don’t have the time to be back and forth to the shop. Also, in my opinion, the scratches should have never happened. I will be getting my car paint corrected with a professional detailer and pay out of pocket. (Fix Auto refused to pay for the detail). Front bumper repair was exceptional, no complaints.

The rear of my minivan was damaged from an accident and my insurance company suggested Fix Auto Irvine. Fix Auto did a great job repairing my minivan and Juan was very friendly and informative. Please go to Fix Auto in Irvine!!! They saved our car and made it look brand new. Because of the damage, we thought it would be a total loss, but David at Fix Auto worked with us and our insurance to ensure we would get our car back almost brand new!! Please go here if ever recommended to you by your insurance or if you are looking for a place to fix your vehicle. If we could give a higher rating instead of five stars, we would, but unfortunately, we can only give a 5/5 star rating!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Missing cargo tray and no accountability — disappointing experience at Fix Auto I brought my 2020 Hyundai Kona to Fix Auto on December 16 for repairs to the right-side doors after an accident. My insurance later determined the cost of repairs exceeded the vehicle’s value, so the car was declared a total loss. I scheduled an appointment for December 23 to retrieve my personal belongings from the vehicle. While removing my items in the back of Fix Auto’s secure storage lot, I noticed my OEM Hyundai cargo tray (valued at over $100) was missing. I asked the employee assisting me, “Lee,” to help locate it. He went into the shop, returned a few minutes later, and asked me what a cargo tray was. Moments after, he acknowledged the term, but maintained there wasn’t one in my car and told me I was “out of luck.” He pointed to my contract, saying customers are expected to remove everything when leaving the car for repairs, and added that the shop doesn’t steal and rarely works on Hyundais. I asked for a claim or incident form to document the missing item. I was told to take it up with my insurance company. There did not appear to be any basic process to record or investigate a missing item from a vehicle kept in the shop’s secure lot.

Save yourself the hassle of shopping around for the lowest quote on your body repair….Lee was by far the most professional, friendly, and hardworking person I’ve ever trusted with my car. Not only did he provide exceptional service, but he also beat out quotes from five other body shops in the area. The shop next door to them offered the same work for nearly $2k more. Also, the quality of the work done was flawless and the turnaround time was about a week. I also really appreciated the clear and consistent communication throughout the process.
