I went in for my 2020 Elantra on the 25th of September. Not sure the name of the man who helped me directly (brown man with glasses , left desk at the entrance by the drive-in section)— “advisor” is listed as Micah. Thank you guys for a very easy & satisfying experience. Went in for a quick software recall update — made my appointment & dropped off the car for a couple hours. Even though I was prompted if I wanted some additional services at the end Which is normal, there was no haggle or pressure. Just good customer service and good car service. I’m glad I went to this location. Thanks guys! I’ll be back!

with my recent service experience. I specifically requested a full diagnosis for any visible or internal damage. I was told everything “looked good and there was no damage. We can proceed with the service” and based on that information, I paid over $1,300 out of pocket and was told my vehicle would be ready same day by Saturday. It is now Wednesday, and I still do not have my car. I later learned that no proper test drive was performed, ( Kyle first said they drove it around the building to bring to the front on their lot, in a second phone call He said they didn’t even do a test drive because it needs an alignment ( Which is standard when getting a tire replaced) , yet the paperwork says there was one performed ) despite your team stating that everything was safe. As a result, I was allowed the keys back in my possession and given the option to drive and get my service done somewhere else . ( They took my vehicle at 8:30 AM and didn’t inform me till 3:34 PM 30 minutes before they close that they didn’t have the right technicians when they they’ve already performed the work on my car ) This meant I was allowed to drive an unsafe vehicle with severe pulling to the left and a damaged steering wheel that should have been identified immediately. ( if they had done the test drive) The two multi-point inspection that was supposedly completed failed to catch obvious issues. ( the wheel gap was noticeable as soon as I walked up to the car) My vehicle was misdiagnosed, key information was incorrect or incomplete, and I was given misinformation about the status and safety of my car. If I had known the dealership did not have the appropriate staff available, I would never have left my vehicle there. At this point, I am concerned about the quality and safety of any repairs being performed.

I brought my new ‘25 Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid in for its 5k mile service. I was able to get an appt quickly, met with Kyle upon arrival to complete paperwork and waited at Hyundai for approx 2 hrs until service was completed. So A+ for the service experience. However, surprisingly no one that was available in service or sales was able to give me correct info on how to program my car with the garage door opener. Service said “talk to sales”!! I spoke with sales and the info I was given was not correct for my model. Fascinating!! But I LOVE the car.

I’m extremely frustrated with the experience I had today. I was quoted **2 hours** for a simple oil change, yet it took **over 4 hours** to complete. An oil change is normally a **20–30 minute service**, so there is no excuse for the amount of time this took. To make it worse, I was not provided a loaner vehicle despite the service taking double the estimated timeframe. On top of that, after I was told my car was finished, I still had to wait an additional **30 minutes** before I could actually leave. Even more disappointing, I had scheduled this appointment to address additional issues, including a recall, and none of those items were handled. Nobody informed me ahead of time that parts were unavailable. That is completely unacceptable — I should not have had to waste my time coming in only to find out you weren’t prepared to complete the work I specifically booked the appointment for. Overall, this was a **terrible customer experience** and a complete waste of my day. I expect an explanation as to how this happened and what you plan to do to make it right.

I cannot, and do not, recommend taking your vehicle for service to this location. Every experience I’ve ever received at Hyundai has been the absolute best out of all the car manufacturers I’ve ever owned except for this location in Irvine. They obviously couldn’t care less that they and their staff are a direct reflection of the Hyundai. Even when at fault, the service advisors and manager will take no accountability for their mistakes, as well as display little to 0 interest in making your experience or their lack of professionalism right. They will openly admit to making assumptions and guessing then will turn around and tell you to pound sand if you did not buy your vehicle from them. Product and vehicle knowledge are none existent and I’d highly recommend you do your research so you are not taken advantage of to keep a long story short. Upon picking up my vehicle “I declined them doing any work” I was meet with childish outburst and comments from staff walking by like “oh look it’s a go speed racer”. And “ oh no not one of these..” This was with me sitting in the car and the guy staring straight at me.. Zero cares given lol. Upon reviewing my dash cam you can hear even more stupid comments and trash talking throughout the day when no one was around. Truly unprofessional. I have zero confidence in this services staff knowledge, customer service, or their ability to do the job correctly. I ended up getting the vehicle serviced at the Hyundai dealership I purchased the car from. Not only were they apologetic for the customer service I received from tuttle-click in Irvine but they bent over backwards and did everything they could to make it right. If your in Orange County and you need to go to Hyundai for any reason save yourself the hassle and try the one in Laguna Niguel or any other location first.

Well, I have to be honest with you. I think I was very disappointed. They were polite. They were respectful and all that, but I went there after I had a really negative experience a few months earlier thinking that I would be super pleased with just an oil change and just checking all my car things. But when I left there, they couldn't change my tires or I'm sorry rotate my tires because whoever was doing it couldn't get the lug bolts loose so they didn't do it. Apparently, it wasn't important enough to find somebody that could. I asked them to fix a light on the front. They couldn't do that because it would be too Expensive and at the end of the day they obviously didn't check anything else because my windshield washers weren't working properly, but they wouldn't know that because they never checked them and I don't know now I have to go to somebody and get them to work properly. Then I asked them now. Will this include you guys washing my car? I am a single woman widowed and I just thought oh I bet they wash our cars. No because the washing machine was broke. It was another negative experience. I am sorry about that because the truth is, I've never gone to dealerships for Services and probably never will again. You're welcome to call me and talk about it. Our sales person, Mike Nam was excellent. I never felt like I was being “sold“. He kept things very factual. Answered all our questions. When we asked for a discount that we thought we were eligible for, it was super easy to apply that discount. We went to a different dealer and they tried to do some double talk and take about half of the discount out telling us that they needed it for their margin. There was none of this here at the Irvine Tuttle Click. The finance manager that did our final paperwork was very factual. Got us in and out quickly without trying to oversell us things that we had already told him we didn’t need. Definitely a good experience.
