I had lost hope in Dodge Ram service (too many poor dealership service department experiences) and if my repair was not a warranty issue I would have gone elsewhere, but Taylor has given me a new impression; she did an incredible job. Taylor was friendly, communicative and got my vehicle repaired and returned to me within the week. I hope she is the model for service with Jeep, Dodge, Ram going forward. The dealership and the experience was good overall. The drawback is that I got my vehicle back with a broken windshield, which cost a deductible to have fixed. I immediately showed the broken windshield to 3 people, before ever leaving the lot, and was told to call it in, as they were closing in 2-3 minutes. I called over and over but was never helped. and gave up. The vehicle was also dripping transmission fluid in my parking space for days and the underside of the vehicle was wet after the transmission fluid was replaced. Dripping has stopped, but I dont think receiving my vehicle back with a broken windshield Is acceptable by any metric. Things happen. I am fair and reasonable. I should have been issued a gift card for the deductible to fix the broken windshield. (I have a dash cam, it wasn't broken when the vehicle was dropped off)

My experience at Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram was outstanding as always. My representatives Dave Anderson and his Colleague Paul make it possible and easy to quickly access service upon my arrival. The environment is neat and clean, the restroom, neat and clean. My wait time was approximately 2 hours but felt like 20 minutes, as I was offered unlimited, healthy delicious snacks along with filtered water, tea, and soft drinks. Dave checked in with me every 10 to 15 minutes to insure I was comfortable while waiting. I was offered discounts for the maintenance of my vehicle for my next scheduled visit, Paul saw me in the waiting room came over with a warm embrace. I purchase my Chrysler 300 13 years ago from this dealership and they are the only one i come too for service, I have no problem with my car, this shows how the technicians and the mechanics work collectively to insure my car is in good working condition. I took my my 2022 2500 Dodge ram to get serviced. I was told they might have to keep it overnight but that they would let me know, an hour before they closed Dean the the service representative helping me called me to say that the truck was ready. I drive back the truck back to Los Angeles and after starting it a second time I noticed the same Preform service and fuel filter required are alerts are still showing on my dashboard and even the sticker on the windshield wasn’t updated. It honestly looks like I paid $819 and they didn’t end up doing anything to the truck but the recall it had.
