He worked with me in making sure I had all the information and costs explained without any upsell or sales pressure. The timing was good, cost was average for imported vehicles. I’m very grateful to have come across A1 Mechanic. Medhi was very hospitable and took the time to speak to me about the issues of my car and made sure that I would be at peace with the repairs on my car. When I picked up my car, I noticed an unusual noise and when I spoke to Medhi about it, he was quick to have one of the technicians take a look. Carlos, the technician, listened to the sound and gave me a thorough explanation as to what was happening and reassured me when I expressed my concerns (the wound ended up resolving itself). I will definitely be back for any future needs with my car.
