I had my Mercedes E320 1998 for a regular service and check up, since I just bought the car, and needed to know if it required any extra maintenance. Jeff was the one who assisted me, and what a professional he was. Very nice and kind sir. He made sure that all my requests were accomplished. I inherited an older S430 with some deferred and neglected maintenance plus a few other issues. Not owning any Mercedes before, I didn't know nor had any trustworthy mechanics like I do with my BMW and Lexus. I went on Yelp and Google searched for a local Mercedes mechanics, after reading through several reviews, I decided to give OC Benz a try. After a couple of days of trouble shooting, Jeff and Ron explained to me the findings and recommend what need to be done. They squared away all issues with my classic S430 and gave me a few pointer tipper on maintaining an older car with previous history. Car now runs like new! Amazingly quiet and solid. Typical Mercedes quality. After talking with Jeff and Ron and briefly with some other mechanics at the facility, I have confident that this IS the go to shop for my S430. Hats off to Jeff, Ron and the rest of the team at OC Benz.

Honesty is rarity in this type of business , and OC Benz is exception on this regard. Jeff , Ron and rest of the crews are very knowledgeable , honest and very accommodating with very reasonable fees, fraction of dealer charge. I called OC Benz to enquire about a B1 service for the Mercedes and was very surprised to find that they were $200 less expensive than the dealer. Booking it in was easy, I arrived early, before they opened, and they welcomed me in. The service was completed within a few hours which was a considerable improvement on the dealer and they found no issues with the car at all, in fact stating that it has low milage and the breaks were like new and I had nothing to worry about for the near future at the very least. I appreciate honest, good service, from specialized local businesses and I will 100% be back for any future services or issues to my Mercedes.

Do not take your car here, as these gentlemen will laugh at you while you’re walking into the door! These people were the most impolite mechanics I have ever met! Really they should feel ashamed of themselves! I own many Mercedes and have mostly always gone for dealer service but with exceptional reviews I thought I would give this place a try and boy was I wrong!! Extremely rude and disrespectful! Never will I recognize this place a potential service center for any of my vehicles or that of any of my family and friends! Save your gas and go to a real shop!!!
