I called to ask about an estimate for repairs for a Mini Cooper. The person that took my call didn’t even let me finish telling him the car issues and hung up saying “we’re not interested”. Not giving zero stars because it’s not available. Poor customer service and lack of basic manners.

Just found out that it is possible to write a review about ECS here. I have used their service for years. Singh and Kirit are absolutely amazing. Fully knowledgeable, highly professional, honest, and fast. Our 2010 Porsche Cayenne is in their care, and it is just like new. Parts are replaced here and there, but why would we pay $90,000 for a new one when they keep it in mint condition for us. Five stars plus!!
