I have teenagers. Therefore, I've needed to have work done to my cars after they been in minor accidents or other inexperienced drivers hit their cars. I've been a return customer to Caliber because they do a great job and they communicate VERY well during the process. I do not know how their prices compare to competitors. However, I know for 100% certain that they do a fantastic job and I never need to worry about their quality.

Never go to this body shop!!! The shop dissembled my whole car without my allowance after hearing that I will not repair my car in their shop due to double higher price than the estimated price and asked me 550dollars in order to pick my car before repairing. They force me to accept high price and repair my car there otherwise I have to pay 550dollars, or I can take my broken car. Pictures 1-3 are my car before repairing, other pictures are how they treat my car now . The manager has a super rude attitude too .

The thoroughness and attention to detail that the shop showed on the repairs was terrific. Especially when you consider all of the sensors and new technology the front end of most vehicles have nowadays. They took the extra time to make sure everything worked just right and to fix everything, not just the easily visible parts. They stayed on top of their communication the entire time and we're more than happy to answer any questions whenever we had any. 100% would use them again without hesitation.

To keep it short, took in my car to get fixed roughly January 20th. I was given a completion date of February 14 starting off. I was then told I would get the car by the beginning of next week because it wouldn't take as long as what they originally said. But that kept getting pushed back every 3 or 4 days that I would call to get an update because when told I would get a call, I wouldn't. The car was ready 3 or 4 days later than the date that was set for completion. The car wasn't completely assembled. It was missing a molding. The headlight that was installed was defective. I was told that it was just foggy because it had just been washed, but it would eventually go away. I waited a few days and it actually got worse. I called to let the shop know and I was asked to bring it in to take pictures so they can send them to the dealership they got the part from. After a few weeks I called to see when the part would be ready, only to be asked to send them pictures of the parts that were defective because they did not save the pictures. I waited another week and a half to ask for an update, and they said they were waiting on me to schedule the date to re-repair my car. Luckily, this time the car was ready 2 days later.

My car was decently messed up so I took it to Caliber to get fixed. It took about 3 weeks, and I got weekly updates from Drake about how the process was going. I really appreciated all the updates and information I was getting, it made the whole thing so much easier! I just got the car back today and it looks so good. They washed and detailed the whole car and it really needed it!

Do NOT listen to the past reviews as this shop has exceeded my expectations and there is no possible way I could relate to ANY of the negative comments. I was in a side collision and brought my car here. I've had experience last year at this shop with another car and did an amazing job as well. Communication and customer service, outstanding Louisa and Mallory are the friendliest there. I forgot the Managers name but he was an amazing help also. After picking up my car from the shop there was none of the typical or expected rattle or car not driving the same that people usually expect or stereotype from body shops. The prices here are accurate and you get what you pay for; plus a lifetime warranty of the work! It looks like my car was never in an accident, panels lined up perfectly, paint match/blend FLAWLESS take a look at the photos for yourself. This shop is a little out of my way because I work in Anaheim and live in Irvine, but the work speaks for itself.

Incredible service!
