We spent all our cash vacuuming the sand from our interior and trying to clean the bugs from our trucks' grill. We greatly appreciated the card readers in the wash bays. The tri-color wax was sputtering when it came to the blue color so it took twice as long to use.

Nice car wash and like the option to use a credit/debit card here but I feel like it's overpriced. You have to put $2 in at least and you don't get any time at all for $2. Not sure if I'll go back

None of the brushes were working on any of the bays. Experience would have been different had they been working. It would be nice if there were meters on the machines (like I have seen at similar facilities) or a cost per minute sign posted somewhere so you know how much money you’re spending. Seems like some transparency would avoid some of the negative reviews.

Convenient location. Accepts credit cards and cash. Have to be careful as the credit card keeps the machine going until you push the button to stop. I ended up paying well over $10.

Very poor customer service. Lost $5 in the machine. Tried to finish transaction with credit card or quarters. Rejected both. Called, took photos, and emailed. Zero response. UPDATE: Did get a phone call from management and money was refunded in a timely manner. My friend said she had a good experience there, so might try it again when I'm in the area.

Standard do it yourself car wash. Has the spray hose and the suds brush. Gives you the option to pay the old fashion way...with quarters, or you can pay with a card. Thought it might be expensive to use the card, but it was very affordable. Definitely cheaper than the more deluxe car washes, but you have to put in more work. However, you can make sure your car is clean to your standards.

One of the best self service car washes near Chattanooga. Love the vacuum & apolstery/carpet machine that is very rare for car washes to have around here. Has change machine. Has air machines. Has touch less automatic wash. View of nice lake with walking trail behind it.

Ran down had a rag wrap around the brush because of it leaking. $2.50 to start no countdown didn't last but maybe 2 mins and cut off on me. Barely had time to do just the wheels. I had to dump water on them at home since I didn't have enough time to spray. I've been to others with updated money machines and have a timer. Seems to me they are just trying to make as much money as possible without updating anything. Waste of money might as well go to one the drive thru car wash with free vacuums, air freshener spray, window cleaners, rags and will put tire shine on for free no extra charge.

The workers seem nice, convenient location and cheap. I've only used the vacuums once but I wanted to use the upholstery shampoo thing. The last two times I tried to use it, it wasn't working. I just started going there so I'm not sure if this is common or not. I like to think I'm just unlucky. The first time I tried the whole machine was open...I tried to close it but it wouldn't without a key. So I tried putting quarters in it, nothing on the screen changed and the coins were stuck. I know I looked fishy trying to get my coins back or if the machine but it wasn't providing the service I paid for and not giving me back my change. Since the machine was open and I could still see my quarters I got them back out. 🤷 the second time I went at least the machine was closed. I hoped that would have solved the issue but it still didn't start after putting money in it. I really wanted to use it so I was okay with the idea that I may not get my money back that time...it didn't start and I didn't get my money back. I wish it would work because I don't have any way to clean my upholstery and I have a small child so it really needs it. I don't want to buy a whole thing just for the occasional use. Please fix the machine or advise if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks!

This car wash is great. Clean stalls, high power washers with plenty of soap. Also, the wash accepts your credit/debit card no longer have to worry if you have enough quarters to complete your wash.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The old man who runs it was very rude and hateful this morning. For this to be a more religious area I was completely baffled by the hateful attitude. I came by to vacuum out my car before picking up my 4 kids. Wendy, older gentlemen first approached me, he was just letting me know not to leave trash there, which was fine. I had already brought my own trash bags and planned on taking it with me. It wasn't a big deal, and I told him that was fine and explained that I had my own bags, etc. Then, while I was cleaning it out, he proceeded to ask me if I lived out of my car, which I admit it might look like it, because I have a lot of food that I had to take to the food pantry in the back of my car, along with some things that my kids no longer needed, that I was planning on donating, I responded back and told him no politely and that I was just going to vacuum out my car before getting my kids. He then returned to ask me why I decided to come to his car wash to do that I'm sorry but I thought that's what you do at a car wash you can come and back you out your car I plan on paying for it I just wanted my car cleaned up a little bit before picking up my kids he was very rude and made it apparently clear that he did not want my business so I left but I would just like to say that that is a very poor reflection on the community as a whole and on him if you didn't want my business just say so but just sit there and question somebody in such a hateful tone and manner was very rude and disrespectful I will definitely never be returning.

Not sure when this was changed but their price has gone through the roof I could clean my whole car for about 40 mins it was only about $8 now that the tire scrubber is in I got charged $58 for the same amount of time. With no warning that the price has gone up that much I will be washing my car at home from now on.

$4 if you use qtrs. $5 for card. The kicker that's extremely important for everyone to understand is that if you use a card it keeps charging you whether you are spraying or not UNLESS you press the STOP button located on the card swipe reader. Very well maintained and good soap, warm water, and pressure. Mine cost $15 but ok because after my trip to Nashville and back in terribly salty and briney covered interstate my car looked like a block of salt and this wash took care of it all. Looks nice!
