I had just purchased a used car and noticed a noise coming from the passenger side rear wheel. The mechanics at Goodyear service center found the problem immediately and came up with the best solution that would be the best and safest fix for my car. They also replaced my four tires with four new tires and realigned the vehicle. The service was timely, efficient, and the staff was very friendly and explained everything to me, which I appreciate. went in because i thought i had a flat tire. after over an hour they came out and let me know that it wasn’t the tire but some expensive parts that would cost me $800. i wanted a second opinion so i was going to take it somewhere else, when i woke up this morning my tire looked like this and there was a nail in it. if you’re a girl and you enter this place, expect to be taken advantage of.

I really was not satisfied with the service I received. I felt like they moved to fast when it came to my issues I was listing there is a lack of conmunication between Carmax and goodyear. There was no friendly service, I was dissatisfied with my experience overall the owner whose so confident about his store didn't leave me feeling at peace. I came to get my car he just handed over the keys in a rude way. They're okay for the Benefit of having a warranty but they are not a shop to visit if you have major concerns.

Went out of my way to the Hixson, TN location after calling ahead and being told I could arrive right before closing by the assistant manager. Showed up 5 min early, was turned away with no advice—despite telling them my car is unsafe to drive. Store hours are a commitment, not a suggestion. Very disappointed. @Goodyear

I cannot say enough good things about Goodyear Hixson. They were so kind and respectful. They actually listened to what I said and used that information to fix my issue. While waiting(which wasn’t long. They were very fast) I listened to Walter thoroughly explain issues to other customers and he broke down what needed to be done, how urgent each repair was and what their options were. I have never had such a good experience having my car serviced. While I hope I don’t need them often, they have a customer for life!

Took my car to be serviced but I think because I wasn’t the one paying, it was paid for by a workforce program from ETSU, they didn’t care about fixing it properly. Service was terrible and got my car back in worse condition than what I took it in. They broke my heater hose and connector, so I was without heat because I couldn’t afford to fix it right away. I also got it back with the oil leak worse. I have to add a quart of oil every two days and I’ve never had to do that before and that was the main thing they “supposedly fixed” When I called to address these things they called me a liar and said they had no fault in that. Definitely will be the last time I use a big corporate company let alone Good Year! I have 4 kids and they basically made my car more unreliable than what it was before they touched it!! I would understand if they had told me something was accidentally broken during the work being done in it but they couldn’t even apologize for breaking something they touched!

I recently purchased a vehicle from CarMax and was referred to Goodyear Auto Service to have them diagnose and repair an in-warranty issue. Within minutes of making the appointment through CarMax I received a call from Goodyear Auto to confirm the appointment and verify details. When I arrived, they were efficient in checking me in and in under an hour they had identified the cause of the problem and resolved it. The technician explained exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it. 5 star service.

I had been a client for years until recently. I was told I needed new brakes/rotors and it would be $800 for front and back (claimed they wouldn't change just pads.) Absolutely ridiculous cost! So I was on a mission to learn how to do it myself. Turns out I didn't need any of it. Rotors were fine and still had life on the pads, although I did go ahead and change the front. $70 dollars and a couple hours of my time vs $800. They also charge ~$110 for an oil change. Save yourself the headache and robbery. Find a reliable, trustworthy business. This place isn't it.

Wow! I took my car to Goodyear for brake pads. They called and told me I didn’t need brake pads but needed to replace sensors which was a lot cheaper. I was impressed with their honesty! While working on the car they discovered a coolant leak and it was going to be costly to say the least. They were kind enough (unbeknownst to me) to call the dealership where I bought my car and talked with them. The dealership told them to fix my car and they would take care of the bill. Goodyear truly went above and beyond! I am grateful!!

I feel like I found a unicorn with this location! Big name brand with small town customer service and feel. Not only did the team leader, Walter call me before my appointment to make sure they had everything correct in the system and to make sure I didn’t need anything additional added, upon arrival he was incredibly warm and engaging. This is my first Subaru and multiple staff took time to explain some of the new to me features on my vehicle as well as resolve my issues in good time. I’m excited to have found a place where I was treated like a person and not just a number. I feel confident that they know what they’re doing, and they have the Goodyear brand and quality behind them as well. Walter has definitely earned my business now and in the future.
