Update: The day following my oil change and inspection for which they quoted some repairs to my vehicle, that I then called and confirmed were covered by my warranty, my car was taken back to this Midas as my transmission went out. They submitted some of the repairs to the warranty provider. I had to call daily/weekly for updates. The longest I went with no word was actually a full business week. I specified the name of parts verbatim as I had the original estimate of control arm ball joint and sway links. Somehow from receiving my car July 31st, the day after those parts were quoted, this shop failed to submit these repairs along with the transmission to my warranty company. So as I am calling frequently speaking with the shop manager to confirm any status updates, noting the parts verbatim as provided me, he never mentioned they were not all submitted to the warranty company. It wasn’t until a few days before my car was ready which fell all the way into the month of September, that I called and one of the mechanics stated the parts in questions were not on their list of things to repair. I was without my car for a month and a half and had to pay a second deductible to complete the repairs at a Nissan dealership, and they had to redo the transmission work as the parts used were not in standard condition. The parts is not the fault of Midas however integrity would suggest upon receipt of bad parts to address that concern prior to installation. I am very disappointed and am too tired and busy catching up on lost income from being unable to attend work consistently for over a month, to go in circles further with the area manager. However I want to warn any consumers to be diligent if you are visiting this location for repairs. First experience here today for oil change and inspection. 10/10 recommend and plan to come back for future needs. They worked me in the schedule and were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I typically go to one of the “quick” oil change places but Midas was running a deal so I took a chance. Service was fantastic, store was very clean and a good quiet place to work while you wait. You can truly tell these guys care, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Steven and his employees were fabulous they got me in the same day actually gave me I better price than anyone around they actually match price and then went below what they could they had my car in and out my car runs fabulous every employee there knows what they're doing they are upstanding very polite Steven is a very good office manager he tries to help in every way for pricing timing and everything else I highly recommend them to anyone And also their oil change is probably the cheapest price around in town I got synthetic for the price of 39.00! 😊

Went in for a headlight replacement, took them 4 hours and didn’t even call me when the repair was done. The headlight did not even work when I left so I had to take my car somewhere else to fix the mistake Midas made. Mike pressured me into getting more work done at a crazy price. In the end, I paid for a service they didn’t even do and didn’t fix the problem I came in with even after they said it would be a “fast and easy fix”. I would not recommend this Midas location and would not go back.

Mike from the Knoxville store was great to work with! Super nice guy, very personable, and knowledgeable. He informed me of a past situation with a newer Kia, which I own a 2025 Sportage, with a reset malfunction. My oil change was really quick even though he had to order a filter from another store to be delivered. I was quite impressed! Thank you Mike and Staff for always coming thru! They have so many amazing perks and deals when it comes to everything. Stephen had us come out and actually look at any additional work that needed to be done to the car. If you care for your car and your loved ones, do not take your car to Midas. Complete neglect and damage. The first pic is what they did to the car with the lift. Others are of what they did not bother to put back and / or tighten. I would never have taken it there in the first place, but warranty (silver rock) that has had me do so. Left nut off of spindle on axle and did not even tighten the lugs on said wheel. I had to fix it myself because, well, you see what they call quality. Got in touch and told them about it. Had me email pictures. I already have a complaint filed with corporate before this gave them a chance, no response, so I guess this will be added to the corporate complaint. Ridiculous. Take at your own risk you have been warned. Would leave zero stars if possible. **UPDATE** Everything that was supposed to be repaired malfunctioning again. Car is now at another shop being repaired. Highly recommend not taking your vehicle here.

My experience was great! I called asking about my transmission and they said to bring it in for a diagnostic. When I went in, they found out that it wasn't the transmission but the coolant housing. They worked with me with pricing to make sure that I could afford to pay for the service while also fairly compensating the workers and everything. I will absolutely go back for any repairs or services in the future.
