Very happy with the work done. Bought the deal on Groupon, figured it would be a good treat and a waxing was long overdue. Went in mid day on a Tuesday, no wait, and they completed the job in about 75 minutes (orbital applied wax, exterior wash, hand dry, clean door jams, clean windows inside and out, clean wheels and tires, wash and vacuum inside dash and floor mats).

I’ve been taking my cars here for quite awhile and typically it has been a good car wash. Over the past few months it’s clear they are stretching their product way too far. There is so little soap actually sprayed onto the car that it’s mostly a water wash. Not talking about one or two times either, been a pretty regular thing here. Cars don’t leave Four Seasons as clean as they once did.

I have used this car-wash for 2 years and had mostly good experiences. Last October, it broke the antenna off of the top my car. When I asked if they found it and what they would do to help me, they told me too bad, so sad, that is a normal risk and read our signs. I figured whatever and kept coming here for convenience, price and overall quality. I am a clean freak and my car is washed and detailed weekly. I have noticed that the last few washes my car had several missed spots where brushes don't rotate while I am going thru the wash. Today it was so bad that I reached out to the owner/manager, Alex and asked if he would rewash my car at no charge. He told me if I wanted to pay for the upgraded wash he would. He told me the $7 wash is just a rinse off and I need to upgrade. I have ALWAYS had the $7 wash and never had a problem until the last few washes. We conversed, and I left feeling like my business wasn't valued and all he wants is money. I actually got the impression that they do a poor job on the $7 wash now so that customers will upgrade. I will now take my business elsewhere and caution anyone reading this to consider doing the same. I will also be calling my bank to charge back the $7 since I had to go to another car wash to actually get my car clean. I hope Alex (the owner) understands the gravity of poor customer service and the good fortune we have to be able to share our experiences. All I wanted was another wash....

I wish I could 0 stars. I went through the car wash with my fly fishing rod rack on, this isn't the first time I have done it, I have been through this car wash multiple times before with it. The employee didn't take the "high roller" control off and it took my rack off. They said it's not their responsibility because it's aftermarket and that they wouldn't fix the repairs but just give me a credit to their car wash for more than the repairs will cost me. Which makes no sense at all. The manager Alex, talked about how the damage is my fault because it's aftermarket stuff but their machine broke it because they didn't do THEIR job correctly. I would never recommend going here. They are rude and don't take care of their customers. If you want a car wash that scratches/ breaks your car, than this car wash is for you!

I was advertised a 22$ unlimited monthly wash and have been being charged 29$ a month. I called to ask to cancel and have some charges refunded and instead got a lecture on my financial responsibility and that I need to pay more attention to my finances, which is what I was doing by calling. I took out this flyer to discuss with the representative and he hung up on me after I asked to not receive a lecture on financial responsibility from a guy who takes calls at the car wash.

This was my first time taking my vehicle to Four Seasons. I was going to purchase the $19 wash but the attendant gave me a free vehicle wash to see if I then wanted to purchase a monthly membership. Definitely NO and I won't be returning to any of Four Seasons car washes. Also all of the vacuums were being used and its a horrible location to have combined with a gas station that obviously is too small to accommodate several vehicles.

First time going I bought the most expensive monthly membership, and I take my car through the car wash and it scratches my vehicle and takes a chunk of paint off of my vehicle. I will change my rating and post if the make things right and fix my bumper by having it repainted, and fixing the scratch that the machine did to my vehicle. Other than that the employees are friendly.

So filthy after going through the wash but came out with giant scrapes on the side. The attendant told me he would educate me on how they work bc clearly it wasn’t their fault. He also started taking pics and videos of my car without my permission when he saw that I was submitting the incident report right there and then.

The car wash damaged my vehicle, left it dirty in several spots. The manager was very nonchalant and tried to convince me the “wipers of the machine don’t go in that direction”. I purchased my car in Feb it’s a 2021 with one prior owner. There wasn’t scratches on it prior to this car wash. They took forever to cancel my membership and issue a refund after trying to GAS LIGHT me and make me believe there was “no way” their machines could have caused this damage. Yeah? Well it didn’t clean my car either after running it through their car wash TWICE!! So I want my money back. Do not ever go to this car wash! Possible damage to the body of your car

Yeah… just look at my pics and don’t go here. Bent my license plate, put scratches all over my car, didn’t clean the wheels at all even though I paid for the top car wash. Also the lady that was emptying the trash and cleaning up threw away my floor mat in the dumpster.. it was sitting right in front of my car, that I was vacuuming, and clearly had the Mazda logo on it. Should be a practice to ask customers if something is theirs before you go throwing stuff away. Will never ever go back.

I always use the vacuums they provide and get a carwash about 2 times month.. very rude workers telling me I can't do that anymore unless it's every time or if I'm a member.. it's fine, I can just go to work and use my own tools. I wouldn't recommend this place to get a membership at and their car wash is garbage and doesn't clean your car all of the way. Waste of money.

Came for a car wash to clear my windshield. Car wash attendant recommended a $23 wash. I said I would take the basic wash ($9) and she said it would not clean my windshield. She said it was low pressure and basically rained on my roof. She wasn't willing to budge so I left.

I got a membership for the month of January. Every car wash this month, without exaggeration, has smelled like sewer water and left a disgusting odor in my car. When I voiced concerns to management they dismissed it and said: "Oh what smell , I dont smell anything," meanwhile, you could smell it right from where we were talking. Don't come here as they will take your money, not maintain their equipment, and then lie to your face about it.

UPDATE BELOW. When I first arrived I was met with a somewhat pushy salesman who wanted to sell me the unlimited package and he was friendly and had a good price but I tend to want to see how the car wash performs on my SUV. My SUV was admittedly very dirty and hadn't been washed all winter so it was a tall task. Unfortunately the 18 dollar wash didn't meet that task. It missed multiple spots including my whole back hatch. It was also advertised as having an undercarriage wash but mine was bone dry. Just a little disappointing especially when you are pushing the unlimited passes so hard. Needless to say I think with a normal car you are fine but any SUV or truck this wash struggles. Update to respond to the company: Yes I freely admit my truck was dirty and I wasn't expecting perfection but a car wash should wash all the dirt of a car and not leave residue from cleaners. I find it surprising that they are willfully admitting they can't clean a dirty car without a detail in state like Colorado. You charge 18 dollars for complete wash including an undercarriage wash which you didn't complete. I will happily take my business elsewhere and recommend that anyone with a dirty car take it elsewhere because you willfully admit that you can't clean dirty cars only slightly dirty cars or maybe cars with your monthly pass. I was really trying to leave a fair and complete review but I guess I can't pull any punches with this business. If you look at there other reviews there car wash struggles with SUVs and even scratches them. I wish I would have read before I tried to save some time by using their service. You are much better off doing a gas station car wash at least they'll get the dirt off.

Very disappointing experience. The machines stopped working and I was told to wait about 3 minutes. After they restarted, they didn’t let me go first even though I had already been waiting and instead kept letting other cars pass. On top of that, when I asked them to cancel my membership, no one wanted to help me and I waited over 30 minutes with no assistance. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. I won’t be coming back.

Avoid Four Seasons Car Wash in Denver, They Damaged Our Car, Dodged Responsibility I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others about what happened at Four Seasons Car Wash in Aurora. One of our employees took a company vehicle in for what should have been a basic exterior clean. Instead, their automatic wash system scratched our car badly. We’re not talking about light swirls or surface marks we’re talking deep, visible scratches that now require professional repairs. What followed was one of the most frustrating and shady customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I spent weeks calling Four Seasons Car Wash, trying to get someone to take responsibility. Each time, the person answering would tell me someone would “call me back.” I never got a single call back. It genuinely felt like they were trying to avoid the issue entirely hoping I’d stop calling and let it go. That’s not just bad customer service, it’s completely unprofessional. When I finally did get someone on the line who was willing to talk, they told me they wouldn’t pay for the damage unless I used their body shop, which felt like an obvious attempt to protect their bottom line. I went to check out the body shop they insisted on, and the whole thing felt off. It didn’t look like a place that does quality work, and the quote they gave us was half of what we got from a reputable, trusted auto body shop here in the Denver metro area, one we’ve used many times before. The difference in quality was night and day, and honestly, it felt like they were trying to push us into a cheap, low-grade repair just to save themselves money. We weren’t about to compromise the condition of our vehicle, so we ended up filing an insurance claim just to get the work done properly. Let that sink in: their car wash damaged our vehicle, and we had to go through our own insurance to fix it because they refused to make it right. What’s worse is that when I looked up other reviews, I saw we’re not alone. There are multiple complaints about Four Seasons Car Wash doing the same thing scratching vehicles and denying responsibility. This isn't just a one-off — this is a pattern of unethical behavior. This business damaged our car, failed to own up to it, and then tried to manipulate us into a cut-rate fix. It’s shady, unprofessional, and flat-out wrong. If you care about your car, your paint, or just doing business with honest people, I strongly recommend you stay away from Four Seasons Car Wash. There are much better and more trustworthy places in the area this one simply isn’t worth the risk.

Worst value car wash experience ever. Unless you fully upgrade, it only washes the roof of your car. My car came or looking even worse than when I went in. Very deceitful descriptions of the service tiers on the signs. Said it would wash the car's undercarriage and absolutely did not. Staff is nice but clearly trained to refuse refunds and argue with dissatisfied customers. Don't go here. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company.
