I had a very positive experience at Four Seasons Car wash today. I really want a young man who was working at around 6 p.m. on September 23. I may have his name wrong, I want to say Blaine, but he was taking payments and really had a positive mindset for his age and making an honest living. His customer service skills were on point and cared about his job. I will defenitly cone back to this location. Thank you for reading my review

Do not get a membership! I submitted multiple requests through their website, left multiple voicemails, and 4 months later..still NO response. They’ve been charging my card every month even though I’ve asked to downgrade and then tried to cancel and still nothing. I successfully cancelled one vehicle’s membership but 2 months later, they started charging the car again. I have never experienced lack of customer service before. When I go into the office, I’m always directed to call because they don’t handle membership. Let this be a caution for anyone looking into a membership with this business.

Started a claim they said some one would be in contact in 72 hours this was over a month ago have problems with reading the plate every time I come here I pay for the ultimate package and depending on who’s working depends on what package I get will be canceling my membership highly recommended finding a different car wash.

Haven’t been in awhile because prices keep going up on their services. I decided to visit this location this morning, 30 minutes in line as the car wash was down for the millionth time. After finally going through top brush almost ripped off my rear wiper blade and no tire shine ?( someone else’s broken rear blade sitting on load station) A lot of money for half the cleaning and products not received.

This car wash will scratch up your car. It will take your antenna off of your car.Patricia has no appreciation for facts. When it comes to a monthly membership. They make up their own rules. They will show you no appreciation, No matter how long you go to this car wash!! Sad really sad!! I got a call back from Alex. I explained to my issue. Only to be talked over and called a lier. See people know when they pay a bill. So they know when that bill is due if it is a month month bill not a subscription. You pay a bill which gives you a month's worth of car wash's. Welp not in there eyes. So be Leary of these folks. I wouldn't recommend the monthly subscription. There's a nice place hand drying for not much more then this place less then 2 miles away on broadway. Update to there response: This place is very untrustworthy The information this place provided is FALSE. I didn't pay until I needed to thier date. I'd billing and date of attempt are different they get $$$ out of there account 3-4 days before your 30 day memberships up. Their response shows how argumentative they are. They can ruin someone's else's car. Notice they didn't mention scratched cars I have from them and there denial for our original antana thier carwash ate off another car we had. I move on.

Nice people on site, poor customer service. First and only time I ever take my car to a car wash and get one of my wiper blades snap. They asked me to fill up a form to get a replacement which I did but never heard back from them. Really frustrating.

This was absolutely the worst car wash ever. I got the basic was $10. I pretty much paid $10 to have soap sprayed or dripped onto my vehicle. Then about 5 seconds of a rinse. The wash was complete and I still had soap on my windows, front hood and mirrors. What a waste of $10. My windshield, Mirrors and windows are still dirty.

Car was was alright but the brushes ripped my rear wiper off and when I got home I realized not only did it rip the wiper but it broke the wiper arm. $10 car was cause $60 worth of damage. I emailed Four seasons with photos of what had happened and a description and a month later I am yet to receive a response. I never asked for compensation but wanted to make them aware of a possible problem with their brushes. Use at your own risk!

I have damages on my car. They have not been paid for yet. I’ve talked to different managers supervisor head manager. They have not called me back yet. There’s a video and there’s no pride damage to my vehicle when the car wash had ripped off a piece on my car I am still waiting for them to call me back. They have been ignoring me, the owner does not have any consideration for customer service or customer has not reached out and I’ve called several times and I have all the messages to prove it I need a call back and for this to be handled. There no previous damages
