I've purchased two vehicles since coming to Tulsa 5 years ago. Each purchased from a different dealership because of the poor experience the previous one left me with. Whether it's misdiagnosis (Same day auto in Berry Hill $3000 horror story) or lack of communication and follow through (Fowler Ford $2800 dollar for about $750 of work that took nearly three months.) The mentality and culture seems to be "get whatever you can out of them" them being us the consumers. Circumstances out of our control happen I get that. It's how the Circumstances are handled that makes memories for good or for ill

I was told there was other work needed on the car by text My wife was in the dealer waiting for the car. But they didn't take the time to asked or tell her. After the car was done with the oil change . they gave the car to her. There was no notes about the needed work, and that everything was good until the next oil change. MAYBE ONE DAY THEY WILL GET RIGHT

Kory helped with appointment for my Bronco Sport First Edition 2021 for oil change. My contract said I chose Platinum but still had to pay full price. Overall happy with the service and waited until was finished. Props to Fowler Ford Tulsa.

Too many issues to list. Hands down worst experience for a dealership 8n my life. From the GM to Andrew in service, the place is a joke. Came for car under warranty and left wondering why I even came here. Rude, disrespectful and total lack 9f any empathy. I will never recommend a Ford to anyone and after this experience I just wanna sell my Ford and take my money elsewhere.

fowler set me up for a standard maintenance when i had been very open about the issues i was having with my transmission that needed to be diagnosed. i arrived for my appt and the personnel were very rude. i had to leave my info for the heavy repair section to call me and set up a diagnosis appt. and they never called. i guess they don't need the work. i wouldn't recommend.

2nd time we were told to “just bring it in and we’ll take care of it” to be told that they were FULL up doing oil changes AND that they don’t have a transmission person. What is the purpose of answering the phone if all they’re going to do is LIE to get you to waste 2 hours of carpooling time that has to be prearranged just to be turned away?! I strongly advise to not take your vehicles to this location. Or actually you can and then you’ll find out exactly what I’m saying when they tell you that all they can do for you is an oil change at that location……….. pointless to be advertising a full service mechanic when in fact, they do NOT!!!

We have been waiting on the recall parts for almost a year. Came in last week, schedule Monday for service. When part came in, Lee and Tom got me on schedule and took care of it in one day. The service department is/was short staffed with at least one extremely rude customer. Lee and Tom both were very friendly, working to make sure everyone was taken care of as quickly as possible.

I was on a long haul across the nation and had my check engine light go on unexpectedly. I reached out and this team was very helpful. I spoke with Kory and he hooked me up with everything I needed FAST. Very pleased with the entire experience here. Thank you Kory and everyone at Fowler Ford Service for saving the day!

I was not happy due to the fact when I booked online I was very pacific about what needed done and why I was bringing it to the dealership. I also expressed this concern when I drop it off as well. I need was not check or completed. When I was called about my car being ready I inquire about my need and was told wasn't sure and asked that it be check and how I expressed that at drop off and when I booked online. Long behold when I arrived it still hadn't been done or a clear answer to whether the transmission fluid was filled just there s leak. The oil change codes wasn't cleared and whoever drove my vehicle left the AC on full bust and I don't leave my air on when car is not on due will cause problems. My AC is now not working like it was. I will not be back.

After buying a truck for my son’s 16th birthday I had to get the suspension fixed. While it wasn’t something I planned on, Fowler Ford service was really good to me. Being a mom who knew nothing about suspension, I had to put all of my trust in this place. Ben and Andrew never once made me feel bad for calling and checking on how the service was going. And they made sure the truck was safe to drive. I won’t trust anyone else besides these 2 men. Way to go Guys! You’re the Best!!!

I went online and scheduled an 8:30am appointment thinking it would be much faster. Showed up 10 min early and ended up waiting 2 and a half hours for an oil change. I let the service salesman know I was very disappointed in the dealership. He said they don't use the appointment schedule it's more of a first come first serve. Well I will not be doing business with Fowler ford or Quick Lane. We have always used the dealer for maintenance but not any more.

Great service! Good feedback along the way from my service advisor Tom Vaughn. Very happy with how the vehicle is performing now. They were thorough, but conservative. Talked to me about costs along the way. I got expert advise. Would definitely return to Fowler for service again!

Be weary they like to lie. Had my truck for 5days to diagnose an electrical issue. When i dropped i was told would take 24-48hours to figure out. After day3 i stopped by was told i would receive a call that day about status, didnt. My wife called on day 5 was told that the man who took my truck in was fired and it was because of him that it still wasn't looked at. So after them having my truck for a full 5 working days 6total days. my wife went there to find the man who was supposedly fired waiting behind the counter to assist her. I also texted them 4times about status on the text number they sent. I called and left 3 messages never returned any. So if is what they do this to diagnose a problem what do they do to fix a problem???

It was a disaster. While we were there they’re was a recall on the tailgate of the PU. They had no idea on how to install the recall part. Took over a week and when they delivered the truck to us because it took so long. The tailgate did not work at all. They had to return the truck to fix it right. Never again will I use them. I just went in because the battery kept dying.

A pice of the front seat trim was never correctly installed. The service writer Greg had the service techs look at it. The service tech tried to force the trim into place instead of removing it and installing it correctly. Doing so cracked the trim piece necessitating a new part being ordered. After waiting four weeks with no follow up contact by the dealership I called and spoke to Greg who then checked on the part. Greg then scheduled me in for a Saturday appointment. When I arrived at the dealership for the appointment I was not on the schedule and Greg was off for the day. I then spoke to Anthony who has to be the best service writer this dealership could ask for. Anthony went out of his way to find the part and try to get me into the schedule. Anthony even brought in the service many Andrew. Andrew was very attentive to my problem and looked into the matter. Andrew then assured me that the issue would be taken care of that day. Later that afternoon Anthony called me to inform me that my truck was ready for pickup. Anthony and Andrew are both a credit to this dealership. The dealership would do well to make sure both Anthony and Andrew are kept happy with their employment with them. Thank you Anthony and Andrew for you help and positive can do attitudes.

So a 3 day repair on my truck is now 3 weeks and counting. I sent it in for a couple of warranty issues and a recall. The truck has 13,000 miles. They didn't even check on one of the warranty repairs for a week and I talked to them about it on the phone twice. They then had to order the part. When they got the part and tried to install it, they broke somthing else and now we are waiting on more parts. They also claimed to not have any loaner vehicles but after griping because my truck was gone for a week, they somehow found a loaner. The service tech is supposed to be contacting me about what's happening but won't call me. I have to call him to get any answers.

I just moved to Tulsa and needed some maintenance on my Bronco, and I had never been to a dealership for this kind of work before. The service was outstanding, and my vehicle was promptly attended to. My service advisor Andrew A. could not have been better. He was absolutely the best: nice, personable and updated me constantly while my car was being serviced. My car is purring like a kitten, and I will be returning for all of my maintenance and servicing needs.

This service center is busy busy busy. If you are looking for a quick repair, consider going elsewhere. However, once they got their hands on the car (~4 days after drop-off), the inspection and diagnosis were reasonably thorough. Communication was very challenging, and I would attribute this to the volume of service they have to deal with. Important to know that they do not do repairs beyond oil changes on the weekends. They do have a porter/shuttle service available if you are dropping off or picking up your vehicle.

I have been coming here for service for the better part of two years now for both my current f150 and my previous f150, and im always left knowing that my truck is in capable hands. The first person i talked to when i came here the first time was Matt Rechtfertig, i will always ask for Matt and i cannot recommend him enough to be your go to guy. Weather it be his calm demeanor in explaining things in a way that makes it easy to understand, or his willingness to do everything he can to make sure youre taken care of to the best of his ability, to include doing the heavy lifting with warranty companies, this man will always go the extra mile with the utmost professionalism. This place is always busy, and its easy to see why when you have people like Matt as your service advisor making sure your customers are always top priority, and doing everything they can to make sure they do right by you. I highly recommend Fowler Ford Service Center, and even more so that you ask for Matt to be your service advisor.
