Been having a RAV4 service here since 2013 and they do good honest work. Your service advisor is important to get the right one. If you have a conflict just ask and they will get you another advisor. I did that after my very first trip because I could see where that was going, upsell upsell upsell! But since I switched I haven't had that problem.

I’ve used Toyota Fowler since the early 2000s when I used to sell preowned vehicles, mainly Toyota. I went back two years ago to service two of my own vehicles. It’s been an extremely good experience doing business especially with Zac Paine.

This Dealership has it together. My wife and I were very impressed with the professional way they work. They listened to our problems, and they were fixed. That day as promised.

when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change someone named Logan said he'd be the one to help me that day. So while I was outside on the phone talking to my husband, my husband received a text saying the vehicle is ready. Me being on the phone outside I thought that Logan would come to find me as he said he would. Well after sometime of not seeing my vehicle come put or anyone to come outside and look for me, I went in and found Logan sitting down chit chatting and when he saw me he said I didn't see you in here, I said that's because I've been outside where you didn't look. Lacking in customer service. Other than that my vehicle got serviced in the time he said it would so I'm thankful for that.

Servicing was okay but even when they had several offers/coupons to customers, the agent was not that much ready to apply those discount/coupon. I had to ask him several times and he was keep on saying I will check but at the end he applied the least possible. When I went home, I saw they had better coupons on the same location. Really disappointed!

A suggestion to the professional service people. When checking the lights and then returning the light switch to its original position please make sure it is returned to the position that does not keep the rear lights off.. Put the switch back to the "Auto" position. Why the switch was designed that way is beyond reason. JFJ

I've bought 2 Camrys from Fowler in Norman. They have done all my normal service calls for 2 years as part of my Toyota purchase. I just had my 1st paid service call & expected it would be really expensive. But it really was not. Dealership service & confidence for an affordable price. I will no longer go anywhere else.

They have a Phenomenal service center! Worked on my car quickly, making sure to find every warranty and recall to make my total cost be as low as possible. My service advisor Tim Ostwalt was incredibly helpful with all my questions and concern. Highly recommend!

Got Oil change for $85 for corolla toyota 2021. They provide a free visual inspection as well. They do not announce their prices publicly because after a flat $75 rate they are going to charge you more.

We are definitely no stranger to buying a car and this experience was by far the best we have had! EVER! King was amazing and never once did we feel rushed or pressured. We also was not attacked when we got out of the car! King made sure to answer all the questions we had and made sure we knew all the features the truck had to offer. It was a very smooth painless process! Also wanted to give shout-outs to our finance guy Jake! Jake also made the experience comfortable and was the quickest we have ever signed financing paperwork! Thank you to the whole Fowler group! We will def be lifelong customers!

Service was always lacking when I purchased the vehicle. I got a flat tire 3 months after purchase and brought the vehicle in for repair. After two hours, they told me there was no flat and someone must have been playing a prank on me. Took the vehicle home to have another flat the next day.. There was a defect in the bead they were unable to find the day before. Every other time I brought in the vehicle for service, there would be scratches from their negligent, careless actions. One time I found ash from Marijuana in my vehicle after they had to drive it across town for a paint repair after they had scratched my vehicle. They of course denied all of this. Considering I spent $60,000 on the vehicle at this location, you would think they would at least pretend to care. Nope. Just avoid all accountability and tell the consumer tough luck. This is a decent dealership to purchase the vehicle from, but in terms of service and accountability they are fsr below par. Do the right thing. Take care of other people's vehicles. Don't lie and tell them you didn't damage their vehicle because your technicians are incompetent and poorly trained.

Excellent service and amenities. Customers are given a direct line of communication to their service representatives and there are plenty things to keep you busy while you wait, including free wifi.

Very good service department. They take care of their customers, don't constantly try to upcharge/push sales, and solve problems instead of ignoring customers like some other service garages I have used.

So, last night I got on the computer and set up an appointment for today to get my oil changed. I did arrive a little early for the appointment and was told, that's no problem we'll get you right in. I told them OIL & FILTER CHANGE ONLY. My truck has high miles and I already know it's not perfect. The service writer (Logan) did come out, get the miles, put plastic on my seat, a tag on the rearview mirror and a paper floor mat in the truck. He came in and typed up some stuff, printed off a piece of paper and had me sign it. I asked him, how long it would be.. he said, about an hour or hour and fifteen minutes. Really? An hour to change the oil and filter? So, I found my truck and left. If it takes an hour to change the oil in a vehicle after going online to schedule an appointment, you are going to have to find someone else to do business with on oil changes. Good grief! It's 2025 not 1965. Get your act together.

All the people I've met at this dealership are the best of the best. They won't just sell you a car just to sell a car. They truly care about there customers. And go out of there way to make sure you get what you need even after the sell. There service department is A+. I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and I am a customer for life. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for satisfaction from start to finish. Thanks Again!! We just had a more major repair done vs our normal regularly scheduled maintenance and they made the process so easy. Love working with this service team!

This place tried to take advantage of my boyfriend, and maybe has before. He went in recently to have a tire patched because of a screw. They took his truck to the back for an hour before coming out and saying, “It’s too far out,” and tried to sell him a brand-new tire instead. I had him send me a picture. Now, I’m no mechanic, but it doesn’t take one to recognize that this screw is not too far out. I grew up around trucks and cars, the green highlighted area in that same picture shows what’s actually considered too far out for a safe repair. The puncture is located squarely in the center tread area- the exact section that's repairable under industry standards. The Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) guidelines, which most tire shops follow, clearly state that punctures can be repaired if they're within the tread (not on the shoulder or sidewall) and less than 1/4 inch in diameter. This one checks every box. For context, these are brand-new factory tires on a 2025 model truck, with manufacturing dates that confirm it. So either the employees here are completely incompetent and don’t know how to patch a tire, or they’re dishonest, dishonorable schemers who think taking advantage of young people in a college town is acceptable. It’s not and I’ll call it out every time I see it. Now I can’t help but wonder if the last tire he replaced even needed replacing. Just last month, he was told another screw was “too far in.” So one’s too far in and this one’s too far out? Sounds a little too convenient. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a picture of that last tire, so we’ll never know for sure. But this one was absolutely repairable. Is this what passes for “Toyota Care”? What care? Tire patching is supposed to be a free service under Toyota Care — a new tire for his truck costs over $400. I wasn’t there this time, but if I had been, I promise this conversation would’ve gone very differently.
