Last month, my wife and I leased the new Prologue EV. We’ve always purchased our vehicles outright, and have held onto them for years because of their incredible durability, so leas was a new process for us. Phil Richardson was our salesperson, and he was knowledgeable, kind and oh-so patient with us. After the lease was finalized, we had some hiccups getting the charger shipped to us from Honda national, but Phil and the sales manager Michael Masri stayed on them until we received what we needed. They bent over backwards for us multiple times and made the entire process as painless as can be. Really grateful for the whole team. We’ll be back again when this lease concludes.

We just bought a 2025 Honda CR-V hybrid from this dealership. After a bad experience in Dallas where dealers tried to tack on $1000’s in nonsense fees and dealer add ons, it was a pleasure to do business with straightforward West Texas people who did not try to sneak anything past us. The purchase process was so smooth. Because we live 120 miles away, Efren even offered to drive the car to us. Our time was treated as valuable and not wasted. Most of the transaction was accomplished over the phone. Michael handled the paperwork quickly and his explanations were truthful. Efren gave us all the training and info we needed to start enjoying the car immediately. I would never hesitate to buy a car at this dealership.

Beware. Frank Brown sold me a used vehicle with known defects in the engine. 1 month after purchase and I have to have the engine replaced. Unfortunately the extended warranty they also sold me has denied the claim because it is a pre-existing condition with that vehicle. Frank Brown has refused to return my calls to work out an agreement. The warranty company had to show me the evidence that Frank Brown service center knowingly worked on the vehicle for this existing issue, but didnt do the proper repairs, they only slapped a bandaid on it and sold it "as-is" without disclosing the problems(fraud). They even managed to keep all service record history off of the Carfax report thereby making it look clean. I have filed a complaint with the Texas DMV who will be auditing them, a fraud claim with Carfax to audit their efficacy, and have now hired an attorney to sue for deceptive practice. Stay away from these people.

This dealership is absolutely terrible. I took my car in because the battery light, check oil light, and engine light were all on. Despite this, they failed to even check my battery. The very next day, my car stalled. When I confronted them, they blatantly lied and claimed I never mentioned the battery light, yet their own paperwork proves otherwise. Completely dishonest and incompetent. Stay away from Paul. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would.

They were prompt and helpful. Did the oil change and rotation as expected. However, when I got the car back, all the tires were inflated to 51 PSI instead of 33 PSI ! It was a but annoying driving to an air pump to let all the air out. A little attention to detail would be nice.

I was just looking at first and was approached within minutes, and test driving a car before I knew it. Jonathon Jajou was more than incredible. UPDATE: they reached out to me and said they decided to reimburse me for the work done. I'm updating my review solely because of the owner. Maybe the used car salesman who helped me was just shady but the owner made it right. I sincerely hope that this was a one time problem. Just make sure you get the vehicle inspected before you buy if buying used. Thank you Mr. Brown, for helping out our family. BUYER BEWARE. Bought a used car on Jan 31st. This car was barely in our budget because we are starting over after job loss and near homelessness. But was one of our only options as we have had good experiences with honda as a whole. And knowing that Hondas in general are very reliable vehicles. Was told that the 100000 mile service was done so tires, tire rotation, alignment, and flushes of engine ect. When we took it for a test drive we were told to just make 4 right turns and that they weren't allowed to let us get on freeway. Drove it home and it's shaking. Come to find out the tires were feathered and cupped and it needed an alignment. In addition the service center at frank brown honda told us the only thing that was done to the vehicle was an oil change. No 100k service after all. After talking to the manager they finally agreed to pay for the tires considering we were lied to and told things were done to it that were not. I was driving it 2/17 to pick up my infant child and it dies. I was on the side of the road for an hour and a half waiting for a tow. That was my only form of transportation so now I have no way to get to class. Or for my husband to get to work. Towed it to the service center there and now they're saying the problem is going to be over 800. This vehicle had been in my possession for barely 3 weeks.
