Trent was awesome, again! This is my 2nd time taking my car here for a ticking sound he was able to keep my old vehicle running for over a year and then I heard the sound again, even though I'm 30 minutes away from this repair shop I will always come here. I moved from Vegas and I take trips back and forth a couple times a year and this time I thought was my last. I took my vehicle to Trent at Franks auto repair and his crew and him were able to keep me rolling. The clean and friendly atmosphere was a plus the service was awesome! Thanks again guys !ðŸ«

First time there and DJ was friendly and understanding. I took to wrong auto repair and was an hour and half late. Thank goodness they texted asking if I was still coming. My car runs without noise now and they took care of my car and all the concerns I mentioned to them. I dont know which mechanic worked on my car but thank you. I took in on Thursday and got car back Friday before they closed. Also big thanks to guy that gave me a ride to car rental place.

Frank's auto service is FANTASTIC! I took my 2015 jetta in because the brakes were squeaking and asked them to replace the rotors and pads. They promptly notified me that it wasn't necessary to replace the pads and rotors for another 10-20k miles. They could have easily done the work and charged me but they were honest and I will for sure be back because of that. Highly recommend Frank's!!!

Just brought my 2022 Volvo xc60 in for oil change. Franks services my 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman. My new car warranty is done, now both of my cars are serviced at Franks. This shop is a find. Great communications, comprehensive service reporting and planning tool for future servicing. Helps with the budget for scheduled service intravals. Clean shop and clean car when picked up. They are excellent in details. Example, my Mini was in for service and they found and fixed (no extra charge) my rear window washer that had poor spray pattern. I forgot to mention it but in their routine inspection, they noticed and fixed. Plus folks are professional and focused on you no matter how busy. All work perform has met my expectations. Shuttle available.

Called on a Thursday to get a quote, was given DJ’s email to send my info. Then I call back in a few hours to follow up as I receive neither a confirmation or a quote and I was told that he is out of the office until next Tuesday and I will not be receiving a quote until he’s back! The repair won’t even need more than 2 days, I’m not waiting 5 days to get a quote from your business… get someone else to do the work if he’s unavailable. Giving quotes is as basic a requirement as it gets for a service and repair center! Every other business I reached out to, responded in under an hour UPDATE: Dear business owner, it’s not your call whether your services are for me or not, that decision solely resides with the customer. And the customer is free to make that choice after receiving a quote. Your job is to provide estimates in a timely manner. The reason for the absence of any employee is irrelevant to the day to day operations of your business. It is the business’s responsibility to provide services even when certain employees are unavailable. If you truly provide the best service, start by acknowledging your shortcomings, provide timely responses to quote requests and respect that the choice is up to the customer and abstain from dodging responsibility while condescendingly discarding potential customers. My review reflects the experience I had with response time and communication, not the cost or quality of work. I did not request a discount, nor did I indicate that price was my priority.

I brought my 2022 Crosstrek Subaru in for the second time. It only has 10,000 miles on it but maintenance agreement was up at the dealership. Last year he went over all the visits I had at the dealership and basically they just rotated the tires & changed the oil. I thought the dealership was doing more. I like Franks. Friendly and kind. I asked about my brakes and he said I have another ten thousand miles to go on them. I love that they are just down the street from Rossmoor and I have always heard good things about them. I had an excellent experience. Ride back & forth. Service was oil change & tire rotation. Plus the air conditioning so maybe that included a filter. I don’t know.

Frank’s is a great mechanic service. Had them do a standard/scheduled service and oil change on my mom’s Chevy Malibu. They were friendly, helpful and pricing was reasonable. They didn’t try to upsell us but did make some recommendations for what will need to be done soon. And the best part is that they pickup and drop off at Rossmoor for no extra cost which is extremely helpful. Would highly recommend!
