Chacon did a great job fixing a mystery squeak on what sounded like a belt….. they found a broken belt tensioner…. Replaced that along with throwing in some extra parts at no charge and troubles shot the old CD player with success and changed the oil while we had it in there…. This was our second time working with them and they did a good job fixing a window that didn’t go down On our first experience, would recommend Felix

Adriana and Felix provided excellent customer service to us when I brought my 2017 Nissan Rogue in the week of July 4th. The air conditioner had been broken for several months - blowing hot air if the car wasn't moving. I needed it fixed fast because I work in Sacramento where the temperature can be over 100 degrees routinely. Adriana printed out all the documentation she was working with so I understand the situation completely and worked with the warranty company to save me money when they weren't offering a fair market price for our area on the needed parts. They even opened on Sunday to help ensure I would have my car back before the new work week started because of the delay caused by the holiday. A part not covered by the warranty was also installed at no charge to me. I'm so relieved I don't have sit in traffic with hot hair blowing in the car anymore! Thank you Fleet for taking good care of our car and us.

I went to Chacon Auto Repair with a problem related to the timing on my 2015 Chevy after another shop worked on it. They were consummate professionals from the first call and visit. The owner, Adrianna, and both mechanics (one of whom is also a woman ✨) greeted me and got their understanding of my issue. They did an initial code scan of the car, then did a visual inspection, found a problem, wrote up an estimate…and advised me to take it back to the shop that worked on it because the repair is still under warranty. They didn’t try to rip me off by repairing it themselves, and it was definitely something they could have repaired and I would’ve been none the wiser. They did all of this as a courtesy, mind you. Didn’t ask for a dime. They sent me away with best wishes and the hope that the other place could fix the problem and save me money, while also making sure I knew I was very welcome to come back for further issues, and they’d take care of the car. Also, lots of space to sit and wait in the office if necessary. Wholly fantastic, this shop.

We had to have our transmission replaced through our car warranty and Adriana and her husband were awesome! It took a while but that had nothing to do with them. They followed up with us all the time to keep us informed of where we were at and were so kind and helpful. They even, at that time, were able to loan us a vehicle to use while our car was in their shop. We'll be going back to them for our regular maintenance now as well. Highly recommend them!
