I have been coming to Franklin’s Family Auto Care for a little over 2 years now and I’ll say point blank you won’t find any other shop better than here. The entire shops employees and John especially have gone above and beyond whenever I get service done here. They are efficient, friendly and honest about the vehicles which I think is very important. Other auto shops have scammed me or overcharged me or told me that I need to get a service done right that second because it would effect my car so of course I’d go along with it because I was worried and wanted to keep my car maintained but that’s not the case here! The amount of times people have told me to bring a male friend with me just because I’m a younger woman is high but I don’t need to worry about that here because again, they are open and honest about your vehicle. I talk so highly about Franklin’s Auto Care and would recommend to anyone needing service done!★★★★★ a week ago

I called Franklins to ask if I could just drop off my Mustang as the passenger window wouldn’t go up. I told them no hurry. They called me at 8:02 next morning it was done. It was just a switch. My jeep light came on so I called to see if I could leave my Jeep and pick up my Mustang they said sure. They called be back about an hour later my tire was a little low.
