HEY EVERYBODY, IT'S EVERY ONE OF THESE GUYS RIGHT HERE! I went to get a window replaced on my 2004 Mercury mountaineer which is a very hard piece of glass to find but they did it! When you arrive you at the location the first thing you see is there spacious parking lot with plenty of spots available and then as you walk into their area you are greeted by wonderful people asking all the right questions to begin to make your experience the most pleasurable, done with class elegance and style. The work area is is extremely well organized and very clean and everyone available went to work on my window right away as I sat in there waiting room where I was able to see my car being worked on. Everyone here is pleasant and positive and smiling while making eye contact with you during conversation, as it used to be, back in the day when customer service was the biggest valued commodity in businesses worldwide. Everybody working on my vehicle including the owner, demonstrated great skill set and knowledge that made me feel comfortable and relieved. These guys kept going above and beyond to make sure that I would have the best customer service experience and care and they nailed it completely. My hats off to you Nash and to all of your awesome employees. You've got another customer for life and I will make sure to tell all of my family members and Friends!

Got a chip in my windshield coming back from Tahoe on a Saturday afternoon. They were the only shop that would answer the phone, and were able to sneak me in just before they closed. Friendly, professional service and they fixed me up in about 25 minutes. It's a little tricky to find. Pull in to Pick-n-Pull, drive along the parking lot and you'll see it in the fence on the right.

I had my windshield replaced by them months ago and trusted that they were trust worthy and took pride in their craftsmanship but i was truly let down. They left the weatherstripping sticking out of the winshield so uneven and unpleasant to look at that eventually caused a stress crack. My wife said she would hear noise coming from the winshield but i never really believe it would be from a new windshield that was “professionally” installed. I reached out to other companies to ask their professional opinion on the work that was done and they said there was no chips and that it was clearly a stress crack and to not let them tell me there was any chips and that they should replace it. I contacted the owner over the phone and explained everything to him and he was very pleasant and told me to bring it by so they could see and get it resolved since at the bottom of my receipt it says it has lifetime warranty on workmanship.I went to them today and showed them the work that was done and the result of their craftsmanship and demanded for them to refund my money or replace my windshield and they denied it and tried to get all his employees to tell me that I chipped it when that was never the case. I’m gonna contact the bureau of automotive repair and file a complaint and hand all my documents to my lawyer.

The owner Nash has been running his business for approximately 20 years; he and his crew did an outstanding job in replacing a windshield on a 2004 Lexus RX330. Not only was the windshield replace I also had the drivers side mirror repair. The mirror heating element had faded the mirror making it useless. The repairs cost a total of $411.00. Nash was polite and courteous, and was able to fit us in his schedule at last minute. Highly recommend this place!

I went here because my sunroof was leaking water all over into my car. Was recommended this place by a friend and glad I went. Needed to replace my front windshield and recalibrated, was quoted much cheaper price of 650 compared to 900+ from other locations. Job was completed within a few hours without issue. One of the workers Nash noticed my bumper damage and gave me tips on how to self fix, ended up repairing it myself spending just under $80 which would’ve spent much more taking it to an auto body shop. Will be my go to location with the pricing, work and help I received for any future windshield repair!
