Within 5 minutes of talking with the mechanic on the phone I knew I had the right place for my Mercedes C300. The first thing they did was have me take the shop foreman on a drive so he could be sure he could see/hear what I was talking about. My most recent experience they went above and beyond with information about my vehicle being under warranty, set up transfer of my vehicle to Stockton for repair, and everything. I cannot say enough about Justin and A&B Motors. Having been a Mercedes owner for well Over 35 years, I was fed up with taking my vehicles to the dealer for routine maintenance. I would like to add to all of the other 5-star reviews of this incredible company. I live in Montana and while traveling through Northern California, my Mercedes S 550 hacked up an air ride suspension problem, basically rendering the car inoperable. Now, if you own a Mercedes with air ride suspension, you always have it in the back of your mind that if you ever have a problem with it, you might as well kiss your savings account good-bye because it will get drained quickly due to the cost of repairs. I was referred to A and B European by a highly qualified and trusted MBZ technician in Boise who insisted that I contact A and B only. Although these guys were very busy, (it was a Friday before Super Bowl weekend) they understood that I was in a bind and somehow, they found a way to squeeze me and my cranky S 550 in. In a very short while they got my car in, diagnosed the problem correctly, ordered the part and within three hours, got me back on the road! As I waited in their waiting room, I watched how the entire team interacted with their customers and with each other. The place reeks of professionalism and integrity. Their shop is spotless and very well run. I was worried about being stranded for the weekend and also worried about a huge repair bill but these guys had me back on the road in a very short amount of time with a very reasonable repair bill to boot! Justin also informed me of another possible upcoming repair that I should be aware of which I truly appreciate. Thank You Justin and Dustin! You guys made an out-of-town traveler with a car problem feel very comfortable and well taken care of. You guys are awesome!

By far the best place I’ve gone to get my Mercedes worked on. They have always gone above and beyond to get my vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. I’m in the shop almost every other month, as I drive close to 60,000 miles per year towing a trailer. Their hard work on preventative maintenance has minimized the impact of bigger maintenance issues that come up, and they’ve tackled the larger issues quickly and fairly.
