I called the other day to get an appointment for new tires, new brakes, and an oil change the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I ended up going to another Pep Boys across town and had the greatest service. I highly recommend going to the Pep Boys on Auburn Blvd if you want over the top customer service, great work, and amazing deals.

I bring my car for a tire replacement! They said they will match other companies price, so i took the deal along with insurance that make everything more expensive than les swab! Then after a 4 months i got flat tire and bring it to them one of the guy try to look where is the nail by telling me to back up slowly which is he can just take the tire off then look at it carefully and after he saw where the air coming from without looking at it carefully he just said your tires is done that is not fixable you need a new one! I don’t believe him because he is just showing off on one of his new coworker so i bring it to les swab and les swab fix it and examine it carefully and its free. Idk about pepboy i think that place need a better employee than that guy so cocky and arrogant. He feel he knows everything. If you want to save go to costco if you want good service and professionalism go les swab!
