Wonderful customer service! I was recommended by my property manager to get my tire fixed here as there was a screw in my tire which caused a flat. As soon as I walked in to the front office area, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized and spacious the area was. Josiah was very warm in greeting me and professional in asking what they could help me with. He was really nice and took a look at my tire and told me how it would be an easy fix. I asked how much it would cost and he said there would be no charge. That was so kind and generous! I sat in the waiting area / office area and got me some warm fresh popped popcorn and sat down at the clean tables . It was only 10 min and it was done. Josiah gave me some diagnostics they did and told me that my tire warning light on my dashboard would go away once I started driving it, which it did. I really appreciate Josiah and wonderful customer service and experience. I will definitely come back . Mahalo Josiah and team!

Excellent experience. My car had a freeway wobble I needed looked at, I walked in and they had the car up on the stand checking it out within 15 minutes. The technician was very patient explaining the diagnosis to me and I was not even charged for them to take a look at it. I drive a 1990's car that has seen better days so I sometimes have the experience that mechanics will not take me seriously, but I was treated respectfully here. Would definitely come back.

Tires don't last (totally bald at 1/2 the mileage of the tires) and the last few repairs done here were totally botched. Drove off the lot after a repair getting the wheel bearing replaced and it makes grinding sound every time I turn the steering wheel. Other repairs done have not been done correctly and had to take to a real mechanic to have them done right. They also did an alignment on my other car but failed to tell me you can't do an alignment when the struts are bad. Have to have the struts and alignment fixed at a mechanics. Went back to Michelin tires somewhere else and getting my repairs elsewhere from now on.

The workers at Les Schwab are knowledgeable and nice. I’ve been here twice in the last couple of weeks due to various issues with my car. However, the shop is understaffed and in the midst of training new workers which causes a backlog of customers. Yesterday, I had to wait a total of 6 hours even though I had a 10am appointment. My car wasn’t taken back until about 1:30pm. I appreciated the quick turnaround though when they were finally able to get to my car. The lobby is clean and open but seating can be limited during peak hours. There’s also a small coffee bar and popcorn available. They have a public restroom that’s maintained. While I think the wait time was disappointing and not truly the workers’ fault, the service they provide makes up for it as they try their best to help customers. I just recommend making an online appointment for early in the morning and not on Monday. Monday seems to be their peak day. All in all, I recommend this shop due to quality of service and the friendliness/knowledge of the staff.

I’ve brought multiple vehicles to Les Scwaab in Citrus Heights over the last several years and each time have been treated courteously and with professionalism. Several times to check my tire pressure and fill tires with air, another time to install new wiper blades. Today I stopped in on a whim as my tire pressure warning light was on. Turns out none of the 4 sensors were functioning and needed to be replaced. Not a huge deal but I wanted to get it fixed. Very happy with the service provided and will certainly be back.

My husband and I, along with our 8 year old son, were traveling from Sun Valley, Idaho to California's central coast on a Saturday when we noticed a broken wheel stud on our lunch break in Donner Pass. We called Les Schwab, knowing of their reputation in Idaho, and while speaking with the team had confidence in their assessment and plan. When we arrived, the Manager immediately greeted us in the parking lot with incredible customer service, kept us updated throughout our time in the lobby waiting area, ending with top-notch service and a smile to get us back safely on the road, all within 42 minutes (8 year old patiently set a timer lol). Not only was the service performed so much quicker than we anticipated, but they gave the extra time and care without hesitation, smiled at us as my son watched them work through the lobby window, and had seamless workflows and teamwork. Down grading stars, came in few times and clerk stated wait time is 1 hour, on 2 different occasions, but it consistently took over 2 hrs on different days, I hope they'll be more accurate when stating waiting times Best service ever. Live next to Les Shwab on walerga but come to this location because of superior customer service.

How do they stay in business with all the free services?? Reliable, great communication, never try to upsell you on unnecessary work and half the time I walk out of there saying "are you sure I don't owe you anything?". Came in to have a tire repair fixed that was done by another company down the road the day before. Les Schwab replaced the temporary plug with a permanent one and didnt charge me anything. Also, provided a report on my brake and tire health. Bonus - free popcorn, coffee and ice cold water in the lobby while you wait. This is my go-to service center for oil changes, tires & road safety checks.

Terrible experience – avoid this place! After replacing my tires here, I discovered the next day — after driving less than two miles — that one of my rims was cracked. The wheel started losing air, so I immediately went back to them. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the roads and refused to admit any fault. Their “helpful” suggestion was to assist me in ordering a new rim — as if that somehow fixes the fact that they damaged my wheel in the first place. Before visiting them, my wheels were in perfect condition. Now I’m facing a $3,000 repair bill from the Mercedes dealer due to the damage caused by their service. Extremely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and this company altogether unless you want to waste your time, money, and nerves fixing their mistakes.

Fantastic service from this location. I was only able to get a couple names but Nate and Dom were phenomenal. I found out after the fact that I was a bit of a problem customer and nobody made me feel as such. Stellar service. Would recommend anybody to swing by and have their tire needs met here.
