I went online and booked an appointment at 11:30 today for an appointment scheduled for 4 PM. I received an email stating that they would get back to me within 30 minutes to confirm my appointment. I received a email with a coupon for the oil change and nobody told me my appointment was confirmed. When I called, I spoke to Josh who told me that they didn’t have any room for me and that they would not be able to complete the oil change unless I left the vehicle. When I explained to him that I made the appointment at 1130. He just blew me off and said that they did not have time to do it and then I should’ve waited for a phone call again. I told him I was supposed to receive a call within 30 minutes and they never responded. He had nothing to say, unfortunately now I’m stuck paying almost $100 for an oil change somewhere else, don’t waste your time with a shop follow through with what agrees do they have good prices but they’re not ethical

After taking to the staff, I had my car towed to the shop because of a coolant system leak on Saturday afternoon. They had already explained that they would not have time to fix it until Monday. I received a call about an hour after the car was towed telling me I needed a new fuel pump, what the cost would be, and that my car should be ready before the end of the day on Monday. And it was!!!

Hey Googlers: I wanted to provide a review on this Midas Shop because of my experience. Making an appointment was easy and they were able to change my oil fast! David was the one who helped me- he was kind and thoughtful. As I watched him interact with his peers he was professional and respectful. As I was waiting for my Jeep to be completed, I saw numerous people arrive with a variety of issues. I didn’t want to eves drop but…… well I did. David helped the customers; he went above and beyond. He made every way to help customers if there was a major expense and helped them save money on their service. David even told a customer where a good place to eat because he had to wait for service. As you know prices are high and money is tight, but this Midas Shop takes care of their customers first! Not money hungry or dishonest. David addressed me by name and provided incredible customer service. As I was paying for the oil change, I told them that my Jeep was whining- David used a mechanics stethoscope and conveyed that there were no issues that he could her. This was AFTER I paid, above and beyond… But wait there is more. Then David went in and had Corey, the Master Technician- Mechanic, come out and diagnose my Jeep for free. The dealership wanted 200.00! I am using them again tomorrow for my wife vehicle. There is a great deal: $29.99 Synthetic Blend or $69.99 Full Synthetic Oil change plus disposal fee. (Expires 10/29/2024) go to their website, get the coupon code and ask for David! He will take great care of you!

I had an unfortunate experience at this Midas location. They refused to honor the free visual brake check coupon advertised on their website. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue and they told me there was a misunderstanding with the techs where they performed a full inspection (not covered by the coupon) even though I didn’t ask for that. Since the techs did the full inspection, they weren’t going to be able to refund me. This left a sour taste in my mouth and Midas has lost me as a customer over this $50 dispute. Shame. Take your business elsewhere.
