The car was making noise when i turn the steering wheel left and right(stationary) so i google search and based on the reviews and close to my location I took the car for diagnosis at John auto care, they told me the issue are the control arms,(i offered to buy the parts from the dealer
but they wanted to use their parts instead, i paid more with their parts) after they replaced them i picked up the car test it and was doing the same exact thing. I paid 1400 for nothing. They told me that they want to charge me 4500 to change the struts as a second guess.. i said no way.
Very disappointed, never going beack to this place.

Great place but this is crazy. I had them replace my axel. They informed me the oil was low and they added some for me to top it off. That was nice of them. However, they didn’t put the oil cap back on. This car isn’t a daily driver so thankfully I caught this before major damage but going to need this taken care of guys. My entire engine is covered in oil. Will be contacting you Monday morning.
