Was driving up near Truckee and my brakes started making a terrible noise, stopped to check things out and realized one of my caliper bolts was missing. The young lady working the counter was able to get me a new set of caliper pins and bolts quickly and I was able to get my car safely back on the road.

Tonight my battery died at the WALGREENS’s next door so I walked over to see if I could get some help. I had forgotten my cell phone and AAA card was on it. I walked to the O’Reilly Auto Parts next door and Austin walked back and checked the car and it was dead. He said normally we don’t change batteries with other parts covering the battery but since you’re stuck I’ll be happy to help. I paid for the new battery, he loaded up his tool cart went over and began changing it out. He stopped, ran back , got another battery to hook up and power my computer so nothing went without power while he changed the main battery. He was sweet, polite, kind and professional and it am awesome job. When he was done I tried to pay him for helping especially since he had to take out the air intake to get to the battery. He smiled and “said no thanks that’s really nice, but it’s the thought that counts” what could have been a lengthy issue (since I forgot my phone) was fixed and I was ready to go in just about 30 min. Austin was my car angel tonight. Great customer service! Thank you so much Austin for your kindness and going the extra mile.

I was in the store today and the store manager Brianne was extremely rude to me and almost broke my expensive key fob. If an employee doesn't know how to fix something they really shouldn't be messing with car parts. She insisted on working on it instead of letting someone else who knew how to fix it do it like they said they would. Customers should come before ego. A great leader is one that leads by example. She could have asked for help instead of almost breaking someone's personal property.

My battery is dead, and I went there to replace the battery, only to find out that on a Chevy Equinox, it is difficult to replace it, so they can't do it. However, I've gone here to get windshield wipers and other car parts over the years and have had good customer service.

This is my favorite O'Reilly. It's very rare when they don't have exactly what I want in store but worse case they can have anything brought over in 2 or 3 hours. Lots of long term smart employees. They also keep good records of previous purchases under your phone number. Comes in handy when you buy parts with lifetime warranty

The two gentlemen on shift last night were very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. This was one of my best interactions at an auto parts store that I've had in decades, I sincerely hope their management appreciates their hard work. They suggested relevant supplies for the job, but weren't pushy about it at all, made sure we had the correct part, and made the entire transaction easy and pleasant. I won't hesitate to visit this location again.

These guys are Soo full of themselves treating people according to their wealth. They need to go back to school for properly categorizing parts because they ordered a completely different vehicles valve cover gaskets and I think they should replace them free of charge. Do better, be better at what you obviously will be doing for the rest of your lives.
