What a great gal she said yes we can fix that , she was so kind, professional , accommodating, Great attitude :-). Made my day I will go back there . Keep up the great work Annie

Mike the owner is a good man. I came into get my tire fixed, unfortunately, the rim was broken, so they couldn’t fix it. However, Mike referred me to Kwicksilver, which took care of the problem. The con of owning a nice car generally means expensive repairs. Mike saved me $$$. Honesty and customer empathy are the best form of customer service.

I called for an oil change on a Wednesday for a Friday 8 AM appointment. Got in and out by 9. Mike , manager/ owner has been swamped with work! Trying to run the front desk and out in the garage working , all at the same time til his receptionist got there at 9. I thought he was doing a great job. Waiting area is small but clean with a restroom, coffee, and water. Have been there a few time before and have been satisfied.

I bought a used Toyota Corolla from my friend and his cousin. The cousin had just gotten brand new Goodyear tires in Elk Grove. Unfortunately, the Elk Grove location closed. I had heard that the guarantee with lifetime rotation and balance was still valid at other Goodyear locations. When I went to this Roseville location, the woman at the desk said that they are a franchise, and that technically I would have to go to a Goodyear owned location to get the guarantee honored. But she said that she would be happy to honor the guarantee at her location anyway. They did the rotation and balance, found no problems and did not charge me a dime. That is some great customer service. I gave her a $20 bill and asked her to please have a sandwich on me.

My RV was disabled 500 miles from home. I had a very frustrating experience at finding a shop that was willing to work on it. I located this shop online and not feeling very positive by this point I called them. Annie answered and listened to my concerns. She asked Mike the manager if it would be something they would work on. He said yes. I was able to get it towed in the following day. I arrived around 3pm. Mike' techs diagnosed and repaired my RV within a couple of hours at a reasonable price. I am very grateful for Mike, Annie and the rest of the crew for all their efforts on my behalf.

So, picture this: I roll into the Hyundai dealership because my front passenger-side tire decided it wanted to cosplay as a construction site magnet, collecting not one, not two, but three nails. Oh, and I was also there for an oil change since these geniuses previously tightened my oil filter so much that I couldn’t open it myself last time. Classic dealership flex. Naturally, their "helpful" solution was to replace the entire tire—for the bargain-basement price of $345. I politely declined their generous highway robbery offer, backed away slowly, and took my car to this place that didn’t have dollar signs glowing in their eyes. One of their workers comes out and dives into full-on CSI mode: water dipping, flashlight inspecting, the whole nine yards. No bubbles, no drama. Then I, the ever-diligent customer, point out the “nails” the dealership had hyped up like the villains in a summer blockbuster. Turns they were just nail fragments. Little metal imposters just sitting there, causing exactly zero damage. We even broke out the flashlight to inspect the inside of the tire, like we were on an episode of Tire Treasure Hunters. And guess what? Nothing. Nada. Zilch. By the end of this thrilling investigation, I was in and out faster than you can say, “$345? No thanks.” Oh, and if it had been a flat? They would’ve charged me $25. A bit high for a flat fix, sure, but compared to the dealership’s attempt at legal robbery, it felt like a Costco-free sample. Bottom line: the service was excellent, I left with my dignity and wallet intact, and I drove off grinning like someone who’d just dodged a $345 dealership scam.

Super grateful for Michael and his team. My cars water pump seized on my way down the hill from Grass Valley which resulted in a ripped serpentine belt and coolant exploding everywhere. In a pinch they ordered the new parts, repaired and I was able to drive home the same day. Saved me a tow and a bunch of logistics to get back home. Thank you!!!

I recently brought my 2003 Ford Ranger in to have the clutch replaced. The technician working on it (Mike)saw a few things he could do while he had the transmission out and Josh, the shop manager made some suggestions that would help save some money. Now my little truck is running like it’s almost new! The guys are honest and do good work.

I was in Roseville 7-14-25, staying at the Best Western when I noticed the Goodyear tire shop in walking distance. I drive a dually with a gooseneck trailer and was in need of a front tire rotation before I drove back to Indiana. The staff was professional and very polite. The service was very excellent and I didn't have to wait long. Thanks again

They don’t accept Goodyear credit cards. They will try to run it over the phone by giving out your full card number out loud for the whole lobby to hear, then will resume to refuse your card anyway. Card services says it is in good standing and has a balance. Seems pretty shady to me…

I recently moved to Roseville and had an unfortunate situation where my tire went flat. I called around to several shops and Annie was the first who was super helpful and accommodating! Thanks to her and the team at Goodyear, I was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner with no pain points! I was also able to get an oil change within a reasonable time frame having come in for an emergency! I am so grateful for the service provided, will definitely be returning for my maintenance needs! I have been going to Goodyear on Harding for the last 5 years. They have taken care of everything from oil changes, new tires, brake replacements, small repairs, they even let me bring in a new/used car I was contemplating purchasing and did an inspection for me to make sure it was a good used car. Annie at the front desk has always been incredibly kind and communicative about whatever my car needs. She is very patient with me when I try to explain anything car related. Michael, one of the mechanics/ techs, has an extensive knowledge on all things cars, he is very honest on what work/ repairs my car needs and what it doesn't need, I know I can trust his expertise. Most recently Josh helped set me up with a brake light replacement, he's very nice and helped me plan a future repair. And the tech Ricky replaced my brake pads and rotors and gave me an oil change. He was awesome! Again super friendly and explained when I will need new tires. As I drove away I could tell my car was driving and braking better. Overall the prices of their service are affordable and fair. Everyone at the shop truly cares about their work and they have been so friendly every time I've come in. I cannot recommend Goodyear tire on Harding enough.
