Future Ford Fleet Truck Services of Roseville First off I would like to thank Joe and Mike for the exceptional service and remedying the check engine light on my 2019 F350 DRW. I showed up a few minutes before they opened and was taken in for some warranty work. I have serviced my trucks at numerous other Ford dealers and am now making this my main and only place to service my Ford trucks.

My recently purchased truck was taken to the fleet center for repair of a rear differential by Future Ford of Roseville. Someone damaged my door, hit it on something and chipped the paint. Rather than owning their mistake they "repaired" it without my consent with either a paint pen or white out. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB & the BAR in regards to their negligence. I want to ensure nobody else's vehicles are damaged by this shop. Extremely unprofessional and I'm extremely disappointed.

Was a great place to take my fleet vehicle that I got from them to be serviced, several days ago I had an issue with a tire that they put on the vehicle, I was informed they were too busy and to take it somewhere else. Today I called regarding getting the oil changed and I was told they could get me in over a month from now or to go elsewhere. Great service, sure glad that none of my personal vehicles are Fords...

I had an issue with my Ford F350. DEF injector was stuck. We were in Reno and no Ford dealer would look at it. They said 2 month before they could get to it. I called Future Ford fleet service and they got me right in. Anthony was great service was top notch.

2022 Newmar R V, noticed a fuild leak back rear inside tire. What I thought was brake fuild turned out to be rear end fuild.. they fixed it and I'm on the road again. Great job. It's a New RV and they returned it just as clean inside and out as the way I dropped it off. Thanks guys

I had some mystery issue with my 2006 Ford E 350, and these guys went above and beyond to help me out. From my service adviser Tony, to all the other advisers and mechanics I spoke with there, it was top-notch service from start to finish, and I'm still surprised by how little they charged me for all the work they did. Thank you, Tony and crew!

Please see my final post! Took my 2012 RV in for a possible exhaust leak. The service representative that I worked with was knowledgeable but as it turns out they were unable to complete the repair, a repair that was estimated at $1,200! I contacted an internet company whose task is to locate hard to find RV parts. I was told that they spoke directly with Ford and the part was unavailable, nationwide and was unsure when a part would be available. I contacted a local muffler repair shop with an estimate for $300 to fabricate and install a new part. I contacted the service rep and requested that they reassemble the parts and I would pick up my coach. I received an invoice for $398 which according to the service rep was for 2.6 hours of labor! Amazing! Never ever again will I take anything to a dealer. The local muffler shop completed the work beyond my expectations for $300. Update: After thinking about the situation for a couple of days, I decided to contact the service manager with Future Ford Fleet Services. I explained the situation expressing that I thought the charges were unfair. I did agree with the initial meeting with the service rep that $175 was fair to determine the cause of the exhaust leak but not $398 for no services rendered. The service manager agreed and has offered to reimburse the difference of $221! A fair deal, thank you! I will update this review again upon receiving the reimbursement. Update: today I received my refund of $221. I would like to thank Future Ford for considering my situation and will do business with them again! Thanks again!

I was working out of town when my rental truck started having some issues. It was Friday midday so I wasn’t very hopeful it would get done in time for me to get to SoCal by Monday. Robin Anderson and Michael Liotine worked their magic and had me up and running in just a couple hours. They were very helpful in getting me back on the road! Awesome and friendly service!

For the past two years, I had the pleasure of getting my Class C motor home serviced by Future Ford Fleet Service of Roseville. My service advisor Mike L. has done a wonderful job of helping me maintain the motor and chassis of my Super Duty 450 engine. Mike does an excellent job of recognizing and recommending what needs to be done to keep my motorhome in top, safe, traveling condition. I highly recommend this location for your maintenance of a Ford powered motorhome. Thanks Joe Mazzuca

Drew offered great customer service and communication. I was having it worked on (or lack of work) at the Reno Ford Fleet Center and ended up towing it to Future Ford and what took Reno 4 months to not complete, Future Ford did the job in a couple weeks (new engine). Thanks!

I'm going to report a serious issue with my recent service at this location. After an basic oil change, I discovered a leak in my gas tank. Right after I picked up the vehicle i noticed a gasoline smell, I thought it was from the shop and it will go away in a while, but it got worse and worse, until it started leaking severely. This is unacceptable and a major safety hazard. Every time i bring it for basic service, i am getting some other issues, like this one.

Have a 2013 Class A with a Ford V10. On a short trip to Tahoe had an issue with the tension pulley. Contacted Future service and set up appointment for the 17th. Told the service writer we needed the Coach completed by end of the month, due to a 3 week planned vacation. Service dept. said no issue. 3 days later received a call that I had a exhaust leak and needed new manifolds. I asked if they could get it done prior to October 1st. Otherwise we would have to adjust our planned vacation. They came through and had it ready 2 days before we left. They said there was still a noise that had to look into when we get back from our trip. Off we went and on our trip. After the first day I called service tech and said the noise was is getting louder. Seven days later we lost all power from engine. Had it towed and found out I had 2 cylinders with low compression/misfiring and fowled plugs and broken plugs. Also CAT was plugged up had to be replaced. I called my service advisor and he was surprised to hear about the issue. Had a new Ford remanufactured V10 and CAT installed. Came home and had to have the oil changed on the engine, so took it to Future Fleet. Service done and checked out to assure engine was installed correctly. I requested to be reimbursed for some expenses due to the clogged CAT from exhaust leak. Was denied by Future Fleet. They feel that what they worked on had no cause for a new engine and CAT. Disappointed that they refused my request. I was pleased with their service prior to our trip. They committed to a completion date and they came through. The noise they could not determine is no longer there. I have a new engine and CAT.

I have an rv rental business in Sacramento and they do all the warranty work for my motorhomes. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with their employees. Really good work and solid communication!

Customer service was friendly and seemed like they wanted to help but overall shop service was terrible, the “fixed” my brakes too tight and my brakes went out 6 miles after getting it on the road. Then the shop tech said everything sleeked fined and they called the Forman in for him to realize they were too tight. Then when I went home again they went out on the other side. I didn’t even go back. Horrible waste of $2000 10/10 would not recommend to anyone

Called and made an appointment for the next day. When making the appointment I told the advisor what my husband felt was the issues were his response “wow that’s oddly specific “. And let him know my husband has been a technician for over 10+ years but we had an extended warranty plan and wanted to do things the right way and not to void anything. Dropped the vehicle off for over 33 days with little to no progress. Advisor is the worst to get a hold of. Lied on many occasions. Told me everything was submitted to warranty and was waiting for Fords approval. When I would call after 5-7 days he would say still waiting. Need more photos. We cannot diagnose it. 29 days go by I called the warranty company and they had no record of anything being submitted. Wrote the service manager and director. Within 5 minutes the advisor called saying “I know I said it was submitted but it hasn’t been”. I said then why did you say you did. He had little to say other than “sorry still can’t find the problem and are you sure your husband didn’t perform any changes to the vehicle to damage it or use the wrong oil” I said no he’s on workers comp and cannot lift his arm or use his hand. Charged me over $100 for an oil change after sending over the previous ROs. He said there was scoring in the motor. Couldn’t find the exhaust leak. Suggested a new turbo and a button for the tailgate to open the ladder was going to cost me $1800! On the 30th day we went in there and said we want the truck back nothing was performed except supposedly the recall. Took it to Folsom Lake Ford the next day. The following day parts were ordered and replaced within 7 days of them having it. The button for the tailgate $172 out the door! No scoring on the motor found. The Fleet center was a joke. The advisor was terrible. I have nothing positive to say about this place and will absolutely encourage others to stay away! They used all my gas gave me “some gallons” to take it elsewhere. Honestly I was just looking for good service. I am 100% disappointed in the service and lack of communication. A survey was not sent out and I’m sure the advisor would assume his score based on how he treated us.

I've been taking my 2019 F250 here for four years now. My service writer's have always been very helpful however the QC for the shop work is horrible at best. Out of 9 services, I believe only once my DEF was full. Last week I picked up my truck and found: near empty DEF, all the glove box contents on my passenger seat, footprints from the mechanic all over the top of my front bumper, deep scratched on the driver front hub from the wheel getting dragged over it and lastly DEF residue on my running board after they drove it back to fill the tank. Someone needs to address the quality of work that leaves the shop as these trucks aren't cheap! I'm still waiting to hear back from my service writer about the hub scratches.
