Despite the bad reviews that I read here, I decided to give these guys a try, and I would like to say so far, I can give them a 5 star review. 1/23 - Dropped my vehicle at 9 am. Matt took pictures of the damages, and Benjamin was able to put down a preliminary estimate within minutes (4min). Matt took his time to explain the whole process and the updates I will be receiving from them. So far - great customer service, knowledge, and professionalism. 1/24 at 9:22 am, received an update that the parts were ordered and that the full damage analysis was completed. 1/27 at 9:44am I received a message saying that the car is in the body shop. I will be updating the review with all their updates until I get the vehicle back.
