This place was fantastic! My truck was done early and they cleaned it inside and out. The work was done by true professionals. Paint match is great. No body or mechanical issues after I picked up my truck. The women in the office are awesome! They keep you up to date with an app, texts and emails. They genuinely listen to you about any issues you have with repairs. Would definitely recommend.

Our insurance company Geico, recommended this body shop. Our SUV needed parts replaced, hood fixed, windshield replaced and the front end painted. They did a great job! Since day one when I came in there the two lovely ladies helped me. They were friendly and professional. I did have too go back home and come back but that wasn’t their fault. We are very satisfied with the work they did. How everything went and customer service. I would go back and do recommend this place.

Staff was great! Very professional. I took my car in , they explained the process and an estimate on how long it was going to take which it was faster than they had originally told me. They called the car rental for me which I appreciate since I’ve never had to take my car in for more than 1 day. Received updates and calls which are very much appreciated. I got my car back and noticed that they had cleaned it! I was not expecting that. So thank you! I would totally recommend this place.

Excellent service! I went in for an inspection on some scratches from someone hitting my car. I was promptly helped and instead of inspecting and scheduling a repair he asked if he could buff it out right then. In a matter of minutes the scratches were gone and I was on my way! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a repair!

These guys did a fantastic job. I was in a minor accident earlier this week that did some pretty severe damage to my rear bumper and trunk. While i had the car at the shop I also asked them to look into repairing a really bad dent in my door, that i had been told would require a body shop. They not only finished all of the work on my car 5 full days ahead of schedule, but the repairs are perfect. The car looks brand new. They also fixed a second, less noticeable dent in my door without charging me extra. They were courteous, polite and very helpful all the way through. they stayed in close contact giving me frequent updates. I worked with Paul directly throughout the process and he was a really stand up guy. He even stayed a few minutes after closing so I could come pick up my car. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I ever need work done on my car again this will be where I go.

Excellent company all around. Helped make my Pacifica look brand new after dinging it up hitting various debris on the freeway. Also helped reset my break sensor system due to collision sensor warnings from the same incident. Watch out for other collision shops writing ridiculous quotes. Crash Champions is fair priced.

I had to bring my work vehicle here for a minor fender Bender and the staff right off the bat were helpful and friendly. They got the estimate done for my insurance and we're able to get started on it right away. Kept updated on my cars status. Minor shipping issues on parts and they were very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. Got my car back and you couldn't even tell there was ever any damage. Would definitely recommend them.

Terrible Experience – Long Wait, Theft, and No Accountability I brought my vehicle to Crash Champions for what should have been a straightforward bumper and headlight repair. Instead, it took them over two weeks to complete the job. When I finally picked up my car, I discovered that someone had gone through my center console and glove box and taken my valuables. To make matters worse, my dash cam had been turned off the entire time my vehicle was in their possession—highly suspicious, to say the least. I reported the theft, expecting a thorough investigation, but the company only spoke to the two employees who worked on my car and left it at that. When I escalated the issue, the manager claimed to have spoken with leadership, but they refused to investigate further or have the company reimburse me for what was stolen. I will say the Manager did give me $50 for the trouble. However upon searching my vehicle more the value of my lost items weighed a lot more than what was given. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Not only did I have to wait far too long for simple repairs, but my privacy was violated, my belongings were taken, and the company showed zero accountability. I would never trust Crash Champions with my car again and strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Despite the bad reviews that I read here, I decided to give these guys a try, and I would like to say so far, I can give them a 5 star review. 1/23 - Dropped my vehicle at 9 am. Matt took pictures of the damages, and Benjamin was able to put down a preliminary estimate within minutes (4min). Matt took his time to explain the whole process and the updates I will be receiving from them. So far - great customer service, knowledge, and professionalism. 1/24 at 9:22 am, received an update that the parts were ordered and that the full damage analysis was completed. 1/27 at 9:44am I received a message saying that the car is in the body shop. I will be updating the review with all their updates until I get the vehicle back. 2/4 at 9:10am received a message that the vehicle is in paint now. 2/6 at 4:47pm got a call and was told after calibration and then cleanup tomorrow I should be able to pickup my vehicle in the afternoon. 2/7 at 2:30pm I've got my vehicle back. You guys did an amazing job. Thank you
