Bought 4 tires online and scheduled installation. The appointment was cancelled because my tires haven't arrived yet even thoigh it said available at store when I ordered them. After one week of waiting, I called them and they said that tires still haven't arrived. Couple more days passed, I called to cancelled my order and I couldn't. Had to call back and forth for that. Finally, a lady had to manually create a ticket to cancel that order.

These geniuses don't know how to properly change oil. I used to have them change my oil because I live in apartments and I could buy top of the line oil from Walmart and pay $15 for them to change it. Well they don't even know you're supposed fill the new oil filter with fresh fluid before you install it, it's called priming the filter. Then I noticed they changed the oil after they already installed the new filter! Who taught these people how to do an oil change completely backwards and incorrectly? Next time I'll just do it myself. Not to mention they lost the caps to my valve stems after "filling my tires with air" which upsets me I literally just got all new tires and matching chrome caps for the valve stems. Plus they filled my washer fluid with hose water instead of using the recommended washer fluid I use. I didn't even ask them to check my tires or windshield washer fluid.

This place use to be okay but don’t know what happened. They said something was blocking the area where you do the oil change, but I took it to another Wal Mart in Antelope and they were able to fix it just fine. They did everything just fine. I just think they blew me off because they didn’t want to do the work and be lazy. Pretty frustrating there’s people like this working here now. Glad I moved.

Changing the oil at the tire shop was a failure. After the procedure, it was noticed that the bolt was not tightened properly and oil was leaking onto the drive all night. In addition, this procedure took 2 hours, and as a result, they lost my keys along with the documents, and could not let me go for a long time. Not satisfied with the quality of service and waste of time.

This review is mainly for Steve (their Tire installer). He is a little brunt, but extremely honest. He has replaced tires on 4 of our vehicles, and done an excellent Job. He even noticed on one that the tires I had ordered were all damaged, and pointed it out before installation, so that we could exchange them for good tires. He also is very sharp and follows your instructions with precision. Steve also is good about replacing the valve stems, which is extremely important on our pre-TPMS vehicles. As for the customer service experience with the phone line (good luck getting an employee), and the folks who check you in are slow if you can even find one--same with checkout & vehicle pickup. I haven't used Walmart for any other vehicle services, but the conventional wisdom is that if you do take your vehicle to a quick lube place, you only take it there for lube changes, so that when they over torque your drain plug bolt or forget to fill your oil you can show it was not another shop's fault.

After the service was completed, the staff informed me that my vehicle's access panel was missing prior to the oil change. This came as a surprise, as I have only taken my vehicle to this particular location for servicing. Initially, I was told it was a $5 clip-on part. However, after further discussion, your staff admitted that it is a bolt-on part and suggested that it "must have rattled off and fallen" since my last visit. This explanation is concerning because it implies that the panel was not properly secured during a previous service at this Walmart location. The staff also stated that they would not take responsibility for replacing the missing part, despite the fact that this issue is a result of an oversight during one of the services performed by your employee. If the break anything just be aware they will blame you.

I LOVE to be pleasantly surprised. I’ve read some sketchy things but the other half insisted I take my car in for an oil change there because he had just done it, everything went well and the price was unbeatable. Arrived and got quickly checked in my Greg, maybe an hour went by? Maybe an hour and a half? Received a text alerting me that my car was ready to be picked up. Check out was quick and painless as well. The real kicker is that this was on a SUNDAY afternoon.. probably one of the worst/busiest days to show up. We will definitely be coming back again and hope it goes as smoothly next time too.

It took them over an hour to change my oil I came in 20 minutes early as my appointment was at 7:30 and I was one of the first people here (there was one person in front of me and one person after me). They started working on my car 15 minutes after my appointment started and were still working on it almost 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to end. Usually I enjoy the walmart auto care center as I go to the one on Pleasant Grove and I usually do a walk-in where they get me in and out in maybe 30 minutes the staff are friendly and quickly help whoever is in line. This one is terrible and needs to fix their issues.

One of the worst autocare services. Usually nobody on front desk. Takes ages to receive any job done. They use hose to pump oil into your car's engine. Saw many times as they mess everything under the hood in oil. When you come for service there you have to carefully check over everything after them.

This isn't the first time I've made this mistake of getting my services done here, but I hope it's the last. It can't be a coincidence, but EVERY time I come here for service, I waste practically the entire day waiting. Today I arrived at 10:40 a.m. for my 11 a.m. appointment. At 12:45 p.m., my car hadn't even been serviced. I'm writing this at 1:40 p.m. while I'm still waiting for my service to finish.

Bought a set of 4 tires for my friend's car after they had a blowout, the day after getting the tires I got a call from my friend saying one of the tires was flat. Figured it was bad luck, but after bringing it to a Goodyear I learned it was leaking from the stem that they didn't replace! I tried to call to make an appointment multiple times over 2 days but wasn't even put on hold just had the call ended. If you're low on cash and they're a sale on a tire I get that but be very weary of this place Edit: when I brought it back to have them replace the stems I was told that I would have to leave it there all day essentially, that's more of a industry wide standard but thought I'd mention that also

I brought my car in for a possible oil change (needed to resolve issue with oil plug not replaced during previous Walmart oil change), specifying upon checkin that I wanted a pit crew oil change. I wasn’t told that the staff had run out of their lowest grade 5W-30. After I’d waited an hour, they told me that if I wanted them to finish the oil change, I would have to pay for a more expensive service. From my conversation with Steve, the supervisor, it seemed he could not have cared less that the customer gets the bill for their running out of oil and not providing services advertised at the prices advertised.

I've been going here for few years and I recently had a oil change last Sunday. Something felt wrong with my car so I took it to my friend shop who is mechanic and he checked it for me. Walmart missed 2 quarts of oil from filling the engine, as well as not replacing the old oil filter, if we didn't notice this then it could have messed up my engine in the long run. Who knows how long they have been doing this, I feel betrayed. Don't ever go here and find a trusted reliable mechanic

Does not deserve even 1 star. Associate made t excuse possible to avoid doing my tire replacement. I had scheduled the appointment for 5pm when the tires were bought online but he said that it was already 5 pm and had no time to do them. Ending the argument with questioning me why did I even purchase tires for my vehicle from WALMART in the first place. I guess not even himself, who works there, thinks Walmart is a place to have your tires replaced lol

I brought my car in for an oil change. It was in perfect condition—dry and free of any issues. After they changed the oil, I noticed a strong burning smell inside the car. When I got home, I decided to check what was wrong. As I opened the hood and tried to find the source of the smoke, I noticed a puddle of oil had already formed under the car. I took the car back to the shop, and they found a small hole in a hose. I have no idea how they could have caused it, but they insist it wasn’t their fault. However, there were no issues before the oil change, and afterward, this problem appeared. In the end, I had to call a tow truck, take the car to a repair shop, buy a new hose, and have it replaced. Altogether, it cost me over $400. I had changed my oil at this shop about five times before, and everything was fine.

Then come here for quite some time gave the girl my phone number she typed it in backwards. I gave her the number again. She did the same thing then I slowed it down for her like talking real slow that pissed her off. She told me don’t talk to me like that get outta here I went to a manager now they’re gonna have my oil changed, but I’m not gonna do it. I’m just gonna go somewhere else. It’s awkward now bad service get your oil changed somewhere else. It’s not worth it. A price comes with cheap.

I’ve been coming here for years but now, I am no longer coming to this location anymore after my last service a few months ago. I have no problem with service advisor and technicians. They were great. Just have issues with the comment they left on the paperwork about not serving any newer models of Nissan Rogue stating it is in their store’s policy. It’s unheard of and disturbing. They said they will cancel and/or refuse if I bring my current vehicle in. I am having my car serviced to another location from now on.
