Awesome service. We had a flat between Tahoe and SF on a weekend night, no where else was open. Sig’s replied promptly, was easily available on the phone, knowledgeable, friendly, and fully saved us in a pinch. We got a used tire at a reasonable price that was enough for us to finish our journey home. 10/10 recommend!

These guys would probably be fine for roadside assistance, fixing a flat, etc. But having them mount high performance tires on aftermarket wheels resulted in damage that they were reluctant to take responsibility for. I got a refund, but I am not sure if it is enough to cover the damage.

My wife was going to get FroYo when she saw that one of our tires was flat. Called Sig's at about 6pm, when all the other tire shops are closing, and was very happy with the price so said, "Let's do it!" They got here when they said they would and were done 25 minutes later after replacing all 4 tires. I'd definitely use them again, Jesus and Francisco were a pleasure to do business with!

They gave a 40 minute window and I dont think I even waited that long. Came in like a pit crew and the whole thing was done in 5 minutes. Thank you! At 7:50 tonight I realized I had a bolt in my front left tire. I needed to get my tire fixed before an early morning departure and everything was closed. I called Sig’s and they came out to my house within 30 minutes and plugged the tire. They checked to make sure it wasn’t leaking and the air pressure was good to go before they left. Fast, friendly, efficient and great pricing. I would highly recommend!!!

Wow what an amazing experience. I will be saving their number for future. I popped my tire on the freeway, and after being told 4 hours by my insurance, which was unrealistic, I called Roseville tires & they had a great price and was able to get to me within 30mins. That had to be one of the most painless auto services I've ever had. I had a flat tire that just needed a tire patch.I called and they were out to my house within 30 minutes. They pulled the tire off in my driveway without me having to move the vehicle, patched it up and they were done in about 10 minutes. Will definitely use their service again when in need of flat repair or service.

Repaired tire blew out catastrophically when the patch they put on the tire failed. I was on my way to LA and it happened in the middle of nowhere (that part isn’t their fault but it sucked). The guys were nice and were able to show up quickly but when they came to patch my tire they said it should be good as new. I just wish they hadn’t told me the patch would hold so I could have repaired it before my trip!

I have used Sig's Mobile Tire service twice now! Once in November and once today. The first time, I required a completely new tire. Today, I had a flat and Jesus found a nail and patched it up for me. Both times, service was extremely fast and professional. Nothing is worse than being stuck with a flat tire! They saved the day!! Flat tire on the side of the freeway, 4pm on a holiday weekend…no spare?!? Our other option was to be towed to who knows where and then hope somewhere would be open They showed up quickly, patched the tire and we were back on the road. They even brought an extra tire in our size just in case a patch wouldn’t be enough. Half the price of getting towed!! Honestly don’t think they charged enough. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a tire service. They came out, looked at my tire, and told me it was punctured. They said they fixed it and put it back on, but as soon as I drove my car, I realized the problem was still there. When I called them back, they suddenly told me I needed to replace the whole tire. I told them they should have been honest about that from the start instead of charging me for a so-called repair that didn’t work. They refused to refund my money. Very unprofessional and dishonest — I do not recommend this service at all.

My tire blew on the highway and I was stuck on the shoulder of the highway. I was half an hour from their shop and they were there within an hour. I was 100 miles from home. They let me stay in the car. They fully replaced the tire using the same rim and it was reasonably priced for the circumstances and much cheaper than a tow would've cost. From arrival, they were done in under 10 minutes. They had great communication and were so helpful! 100% recommend them.

I strongly caution anyone from using this company. I paid nearly $200 for a tire replacement and was shocked to learn they put on a used tire. Within a week that tire went flat again. When I called for help, the owner refused to repair or replace it without charging me even more. This feels like a deliberate scam, installing faulty used tires so customers have to keep coming back and paying again. The customer service was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to make things right. In my experience, this business is operating dishonestly and taking advantage of people. Save yourself the money and stress by going somewhere else. I would give zero stars if I could!

This company is extremely lucky I cannot leave zero stars. It’s the Eve of Thanksgiving and this is the service you’re providing to customers? I called for service, didn’t get an answer but received an automated text reply. Asked for availability and provided my tire size. I was told that a technician would arrive in 1.5 hours. I called back after 2 hours and no arrival Ava still got no answer. I texted asking if someone wood still be coming and she said she’d give the technician my number to call. The technician calls me 20mins later and says he’ll be here in 40mins. 1 hours passing and no one arrives so I call the technician back and he says he had to stop at the shop and he’ll be here in 10 minutes. I know this to be a lie because I’ve been to their shop which is in Roseville AB’s I’m in Lincoln. The shops address is 20mins away. I give them 30 more minutes and no one still arrives. I call the technician back and now he’s not answering. I then text the technician and get send the most ridiculous response. Don’t worry I will be posting pictures of the response below. Long story short he lies to me again, takes no accountability and then sends me a screenshot showing that they’re 19 minutes away. I confirm again that they’ll be here in 19 minutes and he says yes… What do we know 25 minutes pass and no one arrives. I then text the owner and technician back and no one responds for 10-15 minutes. The “technician” never responds but the owner finally does and says “someone hit the van”. If this were even close to being true why wouldn’t you immediately communicate that to a customer? This was undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve had with any company ever. I will absolutely never use this company again and I’ve been a loyal customer. Don’t worry I’m posting pics below
