Usually I go to the brake master on Green BackππΏ. With the problem I had with my Ford, they detoured me to the brake master on Fairway which ended up being an excellent experience. Customer service was on point, and the price they quoted me for my Ford turbocharger stayed in that price range. Actually, it was cheaper. They had my car fixed within the time frame they said. HANDS DOWN THEY TURNED ME INTO A LOYAL CUSTOMER. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK IF ANYTHING ELSE GOES WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE.π―ππΏππΏππΏ

I came in on Friday with my 02 Acura TL-S that I had bought about a year ago and of course the brakes were shot. The front desk was responsive and to the point which I like. I dropped my car off and they had done in a few hours. Super happy with the finished product. Brakes are tight and no squeaks at all. Great service, great mechanics! Thanks again brake masters!

I took my vehicle in for a brake fluid for flush. Original estimate was one to two hours. They finished it in 45 minutes, super friendly and helpful and had the best price in the area.

Made an appointment for an oil change at 9am. Sitting here at 11:18 and still not done. Last update was that they are finishing up the last side of the tire rotation - have not seen anybody near my car in the past 15 minutes. Talked to the Assistant Manager - no apology for the delay, no hint of taking any responsibility for how long itβs taken; just excuses. He ended up yelling and screaming at me, moving extremely close to my face and refusing to back off. Resulted in the Manager (who was very professional and nice) taking over and diffusing the situation. Might be back again as the labor is good, but as long as I donβt have to deal with the Assistant Manager.

I visited Brake Masters after a negative experience with a well-known auto shop and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The store manager, Amelia, was super friendly and very hospitable. She knew I needed to work remotely while I waited for my car and set me up at a little work station, and provided me with the WiFi password. There was a gentleman filling in from the Citrus Heights location (Joe, maybe?) who was very nice, as well. My reason for the appointment was squeaky brakes, for which Amelia thoroughly explained the outcome of the inspection. They did locate leaking AC lines, so I opted to have that work done and felt the price was reasonable after a Google search. I spoke with the mechanic directly and he was very professional and helpful, as well. I forget his name, unfortunately. All in all, I had a great experience and will be returning for a tune-up soon. Bonus points to the shop crew for great music taste!

We recently brought my car here for a major service. The pricing was fair and the work was completed in a day. The best part is that now my carβs gas mileage has significantly improved. Iβll be back for additional repairs as needed. Thank you Brake Masters.

Joel, at the front desk, took great care of myself and our old 1997 Ford F250. Friendly, fast and informative of exactly what was going on with our truck. Will definitely be back and thank you for excellent service.

I started to come here because of the cheap oil changes and now they're my go-to mechanic. My whole family gets their cars serviced here and they always do right by us. Highly recommend.

Back for an oil service, because the shop overtightened and damaged my oil drain bolt. I have a 2007 Volvo. I have changed the oil myself, but had the shop do it back in August when I relocated to Rocklin. I tried to do the service myself again, but discovered the drain plug overtighted, and lightly damaged. The shop claimed that Volvo spec tightening was tough to loosen back up. They also stated that I caused the damage to plug when I "put a wrench to it." Lol, I own quality, professional grade tools. I have worked on every car I have owned, three BMWs, and second Volvo. This was the FIRST TIME ever that I could not loosen my drain plug. Then the shop would no use my oil and filter, (OEM) that I had purchased in my attempt to change the oil myself. Rude and inconsiderate were the front office staff. I was upset, but they blamed me, and insinuated that I was the problem. Avoid this shop. Update. Had 8am "appointment," and after waiting an hour, the shop finally began service. When the tech did the service, he did not fully remove the splash guard, which I suspect they didn't do the last time they changed the oil. That has cracked the two rear attachment points, which I discovered when I attempted change. (I bought and replaced the splash guard a year ago.) What a joke. Second update. While driving, I felt something on my leg. When I stopped, I found the cover to the OBD plug on the floorboard. It has been broken. Brakemaster tech had reset the service message during the work. Now it is broken. Bet thry try to avoid blame.

Very, very unprofessional and very unqualified to perform the job paid for. They are not smart enough to do their job. I went for an alignment and was informed that they would have their best person do the alignment work. After leaving the shop, my vehicle continued to pull to the right. I took it back and they rechecked it and claimed to have fixed the issue. I mistakenly trusted the staff. After driving and noticing that my vehicle continued to pull to the right they claimed that the alignment was not guaranteed. I went to a shop specializing in alignments and they said that it needed a shim. I was upset with Brake Masters because they said they put their best person on the job. It turns out that their best employee isnβt good enough to perform the work properly. I opt out of getting any future work from here due to unqualified employees and untrustworthy front desk staff.

The front desk treats you like they work at a DMV. No personable customer service skills. Who knows that might be βautoshop cultureβ. Iβd recommend the owners send the employees to customer service training. I was there Presidents Day morning and they just all seemed like they wish they had the day off π

Overall my experience was good. When I first got there the lady at the front counter didnβt even acknowledge me right away, I stood there uncomfortably for a little bit. Then when she did acknowledge me it was a very monotoned βwhat can I help you withβ but it was like she was annoyed I was interrupting her. She wasnβt pleasant at all and even made a comment about my keys being too heavy for the ignition and that they βwould not be responsible for thatβ so she took just the key fob. I wouldnβt even have cared but it was the horrible attitude that came with the comment that made it bad. After that everything else was great. After a couple hours a different women called to give me an update on my car and she was super nice, super professional and explained everything they were doing in detail. If I was only basing my experience off of first walking in, Iβd give 1 star but the other lady and guys working on the car made up for it so Iβm giving 4 stars. To the lady at the front counter, do better! lol Or get another job where you donβt have to serve the public π

I needed to have my rear brakes serviced, as the brake pads needed to be replaced and the rotors resurfaced. I saw the attached coupon for $219 and thought I'd give Brake Masters a try, since the usual shop I use was going to charge about $450 for the same service. I made an online appointment and received a pleasant courtesy call from Joel, the day before to confirm my appointment. When I got to Brake Masters for my appointment, I was extremely underwhelmed by the customer service I received from Amelia. She was not friendly at all, which surprised me, since as a new customer, one would expect good customer service from staff, since it's important for any business to get new customers and to keep them coming back. Amelia saw I had the attached coupon in my hand and just blurted out in a rude tone of voice that the brake service for my car will be more than the $219 on the coupon. She didn't give any explanation. A good customer service representative, particularly a manager, would have explained in a courteous manner why the service would cost more than $219, as advertised on the coupon, for my Kia sedan, since it says valid for most cars and light trucks. On the positive side, they did apply the $30 discount to the total cost for my brake service, which ended being $365 after the discount was applied. Also, when I was checking in for the service, I could see that Joel, who had called me the day before to confirm my appointment, was helping another customer and I could hear Joel's interaction with his customer, which was very friendly, professional, and courteous; a stark contrast to the negative interaction I had with Amelia. When my car was ready, I received a call from the service tech, who I believe was Nicholas. He was also very friendly and professional and so far my rear brakes are working well. I would have given 5 stars, had I received better customer service from Amelia and an explanation as to why the $219 coupon price did not apply to my car. With the $30 discount, the price was still about $100 less than my normal car repair shop and I haven't had any issues with the brakes.
